CIC agent told me to contact CIO by email... though i had email them just waiting their reply hopefully by this week and about 2014 fsw i need another copy of ielts TRF.. when i asked british council for my another copy... they told me that they will provide copy when i will submit proof that...

i am in same boat too.. i applied on last week of jan 2014 for 3212 since then i have not heard any notification from CIO :( :(

By CIC, i think april 14 was the last date for cap update for 2013 fswp so pls may i kno where you got cap update that 3212 reached cap
