Do we have similar system available for FSW application..?

Many forum members have already answered your question. The answer is NO, there is not such procedure.

Dear All,

I am planning to apply under the FSW category for Canadian immigration. I have already given my IELTS academic module and achieved scores of S-7, L-7, R-8, W-7. However, I read that one needs to take General training for the FSW program. Also, as i believe that Academic is more difficult than general training, therefore kindly advise if my academic training scores would be accepted for the FSW program.

Further, I am a CA from India and have a BCOM degree from Mumbai University. Therefore, kindly confirm if I can get my education assessment done from WES?

You must take the “General Training” option.

I'd say it's good that we dint have such system, otherwise on 1st May either quota will be full in 5 mins or their server will be down. Anybody who has used Indian railway reservation website might be able to visualize that...
Everybody having enough financial power will block their slot even though they would not be sure if they would actually apply it not.

CC charges can be traced in real-time via SMS, online banking or email, even calling customer service.

I'm one of the those who got their application returned for FSW 2013 due to cap filled.
I'm planning to re-apply for FSW 2014 this week, I was planning to leave my UCI number empty as I had to tweak my job description a bit
last year to match NOC 2174 rather than my actual NOC 2171 which is there for FWS 2014, so no more tweaks and leaving the UCI empty is OK.

However while I was filling the app IM5669E Background Declaration I got confused about question 6D:
Have you been refused Refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa to Canada or ...etc?
I think that I should answer by NO.
As far as I understand a returned application is not like a rejected application.

Rejection usually means incomplete application or false presentations, documents, fails to achieve the passmark for FWS points..etc but not Returned.

Am I right, experts I need your advice!!

No matter what happens, UCI number is same for life for an individual. I would suggest that you write it.
I would also believe that rejected application because of cap will not count as VISA rejection.

If it was not clear enough, CORRECT, answer is NO.
But again, don't take my work for it. Wait for Century, Kollins or Asif to answer as well. Send them a PM is necessary.
