So Nova Scotia has nothing to do with it now.
Ok I'll send my local VO, but what can make them reject the transfer.
Do you have any experience with that?
I got one more answer on this forum that after PER my app is not with Nova Scotia any more, and I should inform my loval VO with the changes
Then it'll be up to them to decide if they 'll transfer it to Canada VO or not
Can any body assure this
HI SENIORS NEED YOUR ADVISE
I've got my PER yesterday.
Before applying for the FSW, I had a Study Visa application which has been approved after my FSW app sent.
Accordingly I have filled my FSW app with my local VO as the processing Visa Office.
Now I'm in Canada, and I should update my...
I have just got my PER yesterday, so how can I request the same from my local VO if they haven't the app yet.
I need to catch it before the Centralized Intake Office forward it to my local country.
Does it have to be a letter, can I just send an email, attaching the required documents.
I mean the letter may take time & I'm afraid that they may send the app to my local VO by then

Hi All,
Finally, I have got my passport with visa stamped on along with the approval email.
I just have one note about a field called Document Number because it's not the same.
There is a Document number on the approval letter and another Document Number on the passport, both starting with "F"...
What about the Visa expiry date, will it be exactly as the program end date, can it be extended?
I'm asking this, as I'm still waiting for mine & I'm afraid if it will take too long, I may be forced to transfer for the next available semester.
I'd like to know from those who get their study visa approved, is it a single or multiple-entry visa?
I mean if someone has like 2 years course plan, can he travel out during course breaks
Hi all
I heard from some people that if an application exceeds the average processing time, it will be most probably approved after all.
And that rejected apps usually comes earlier after a short time from the submission date.
Any body had experience about this.
I have sent 2 case specific inquiries, this will take 28.working days to be replied as per the submission acknowledgement
I just want to know if a request take so long is it a good sign or not?
Hi All,
I have applied for a Study Permit on the 22nd of May @ VAC office in Cairo with an average processing time of 8 weeks.
After exactly a month, on the 22nd of June, I got an email asking for my Address for the last 10 years, my siblings names & if I have any other citizenship.

Thanks you are welcome.
I have prepared an explanation letter anyway.
This manager is not working for the same company anymore, I hope they will not check for this later. :-X
I sse however, I'm talking about previous employers, so getting their input on the company's letter head is out reach.
My idea is to let one of them make the affidavit instead of me.
