The delays are worse for having a child because you can't get an x-ray while pregnant. So have fun on your wedding night, but try not to get pregnant until you are landed in Canada.

to boot, if your child is born in Canada, s/he is a canadian citizen by birth.
But you shouldn't postpone your marriage decision because of a visa thing. Actually its advisable to add a spouse during the first application than subsequently sponsor her as a spouse.

If it is a national ID card, then yes it is mandatory to provide it.

For Filipino applicants do we have national identity card in the Philippines? Or do you just leave it blank?Thanks!

Hello,
I have a serious question here, and I need URGENT HELP

I have applied before for "Quebec certificate selection" and my application was rejected after the interview because I didn't complete the required points "due to low mark in french Language".

Now I am planning to apply to FSW 2014, Shall I mention that in the Background Declaration form or not??

If I mention, will they reject my application, As they think that I have intention to go to Quebec (Which is totally not true)

and if I didn't mention, will this affect my application later on , or will this be a misrepresentation??

I am a totally confused and don't know what to do,

Please guide me if you have a confirmed answer

If you got refused CSQ then you need to inform that, if you don't they are anyways going to find that out. I don't think that will create any trouble as lot many people applied for Quebec CSQ but later applied for FSW

Thank you future_canadian. Actually, I have filled up all forms but some are not explaining properly in guideline.

Some are contradictory. Thats why I am posting all the questions.


->I have loan almost 13000 CAD and my settlement fund or Asset is 14975 CAD.
Then settlement fund= Asset - liabilities?

->I have purchased some properties with friends and my brother
So, I have to give the CAD values of those assets in written document?

I am totally confused abt my 66 Points as m just 1 point short

1) For Language I calculated 17
>Because I got in IELTS= Listening 7, Reading 6.5, Speaking & Writing 6. Is it Correct????

2) For Education I calculated 22
>Because WES gave me ECA equivalence of 4 years Bachelors (total) & individually both of my degrees were assessed as Canadian Graduations
But i didnt get ECA for my membership with CGA Canada(Certified General Accountants of Canada) this membership I got after completing an
online module while remaining all exams were exempted on the base of my previous studies.

Can You Pl Guide me How many points I ll get????????

I have applied already through agency. But after reviewing applied application scan copy, I found following errors. Would the following errors in my application cause rejection? Please reply as I am feeling very much tensed.

• In Schedule3 Economic Classes-FSW form: my birth date wrongly mentioned but in other places it is right.
• I have a loan which can be easily identified through my bank statement. But they showed “0” as my liabilities. But my fund is well above the requirements as I have declared. Loan amount would not affect my total required fund.
• In additional family information Form: they have mentioned my spouse’s brother & sister as my one which are also shown in my spouse’s “Additional family declaration form”

Please confirm whether these errors cause me rejection.

One of the FSW 2013 applicant who has already landed in Canada had the same case. His wife gone through X-Ray (with protective shield on baby) while she was pregnant.. So no worries, we have solution for this case..

1) First error is not very serious as your birthdate will be in line with your birth certificate/passport, they may consider it as human error.
2) If they find second error, chances of rejection increases as it is misrepresentation.
3) This may no cause problame today but in future when they want to come to Canada, they will face problame or they will not be able to claim any point..

In my openion except second error first and third error will not cause any trouble.. Best Luck..

How can a agency do such blunders . This is a serious inconsistency in your application, wring DOB+incorrect proof of fund+incorrect family information.

I think you would asked to fill up forms again when your application reaches local VO. Due to these inconsistencies your application processing can be delayed. How the hell can agency do such things ?

If I was in your place, first I would have asked for a refund from agency for neglecting your application irrespective of whether application is accepted or not. These agents should be jailed for such things, how can you even bear them after doing such things. Take my advise don't spare them, send a form to revoke your application representation and file a case against that agency.

Q7. Question about Qubec, I just kept this question blank. If you fill all the field from the question 1, it will be grayed out.
->Should not need to fill. keep what it is..Is it? If any field of the generic form grayed out, leave as it is.
Q2. NID, There is no expiry date and also there are some mistake in NID. Can I submit Birth Certificate instead of NID?
Mistakes are:
->My last name is Sharif but in NID it is written Sarif
->My father-in-laws name Abdul but in NID it is written Abdun
If I want to write not applicable then where I can write? Click NO at NATIONAL ID DOCUMENT section. If you have the number given in your passport, in that case, click YES. Also give a cover note that there are some mistakes in your National ID.
Additional Family form:
Section B Children(Dependent...), Where I can write Not applicable as I have no child right now? Write it in the Name column.

->What should use? In our time, there was Science/Arts/Commerce section. If currently that system is not there, write General.

Your settlement fund is 14975.

How can I show it? Please suggest. Just write the value in Canadian dollar. Ask your bank to provide Balance Certificate in Canadian Dollar and supply the Balance Certificate as evidence.

Should I have to write 2014-05 or should I have write it by hand as month field is not writable. Write 2014-05
