Let me copy the instruction out for you as stated in the guideline you quoted....
"Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:

In Canada:

a commissioner of oaths (authority to certify varies by province and territory)
a notary public
a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:

a judge
a magistrate
a notary public
an officer of a court of justice
a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living
Family members may not certify copies of your documents."
If you read between the lines very well,you as the applicant is not expected to write it but the officals that can write it have been identified.

Yes i also meant the official who notarizes are documents. Thanks for the info. All of my educational documents are in English so i don't need the certified copies. Am i right?

I'm working as a Data warehousing consultant

Am not sure which category will profile suite for above provided occupations.

Below are my Roles and responsibilities that performed by working various projects in my experience

Greetings! I am new to this forum. I am preparing for FSW under NOC 2281. I am an "IT Specialist" at a local private company in Bangladesh. As per my office organogram, my immediate supervisor is General Manager but as I am the most senior employee of the IT dept. I report directly to the Managing Director. My question is that, from whom should I issue my LOR?

Another problem in my company is that they give me salary against cash. No pay slips, no salary account. There is some TAX related problems in the company so they might not be willing to give me pay slips. If my LOR indicates my salary should I have to submit pay slips? Please help me with the Employer part. What documents should I submit? I can submit LOR, different letter on the company pad as a proof of salary, my official ID copy, visiting card. Are these enough? Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

1. I applied last year through consultant. my application was deemed incomplete which i came to know while mailing with CIC. I didnt get back my documents because the address in which they sent my document was incomplete that too i knew through mail. and i dont know the reason of rejection also. I even dont know how the form was filled by consultant because he never showed the form to me. He only asked me to sign in form. In mail CIC has refered one UCI number. Now i am filling my form myself.
Should it be ok to use that uci number or should i left it blank?

Please help me because i dont want to be rejected this time. i have mailed 4 times to CIC but they never gave particulatr reason that made my application deemed incomplete. is their any way to know why i was rejected?

Need help..

Last year I applied for FSW 2013 through an agent he give his own address in correspondence address area. also he didn't give me the password of the registered email. A UCI number was issued to me however My application was rejected due to Job duties not mentioned in the experience letters.
Now i have to apply for this year's FSW program and m worried that can i apply with new email and address as i have to mention the UCI in my application...

Please help on this..

Welcome to the forum.
Since you report to the General Manager directly,he is to sign your Letter of reference.Just draft it for him with all the Job descriptions and details expected on it for him to sign off.
On your second request,The instruction does not say its mandatory to submit payslips....its advisable if you have it but if you don't have it ,no problem.
Just indicate your salary details and other things needed in the letter.If you have employment letter,you may include it.
You can submit your official ID copy,visiting card too.You do not need to submit another letter as a proof of salary because you have made mention of your salary in the LOR.
Remember,the LOR should be in your company's letter head/pad,signed and dated by your General Manager.
I directly report to my Managing director too in my company and he was the one that sign my LOR...and it was accepted.

Has anyone done their ECA with ICAS. They web is showing that they have received all the required documents on 6th of April. Any idea when I would get the reports on my hand? I am almost ready with everything else. But without the ECA report I am stuck!! I will apply on NOC 2281. Any estimating of when the mentioned NOC can reach 1000 caps? Please brothers, pray for me..
