You can atleast get a letter claiming that you are currently employed in infosys? Proof of employment types letter and give additional docs like offer letter, etc etc.

I have attached all such docs , appointment letter , salary certificate , form -16 , salary slips , employement will be proved ,on thing is that for job responsibilities i have picked them from official portal , and attached a self delared affidavit for that , and mentioned that same can be confirmed from the company....

will all these things work and my application will be accepted????

BUT I NEED 20 IN IELTS, HOW MUCH SHOULD I GET IN L/R/S/W !!

I am a civil engieer & my wife is physiotherapist. We have compile all the documents, credential evulation has also been completed. But just because of this bull*censored word* IELTS i am not able to forward the application. First time i appeared in the month of march & got 5.5 band in writing, my wife has appeared in april she got 5.5 in listening. I again did the exam on 10-May & result will be expected by 23-May. My wife will appeare again at 21-June.
My question will capacity availabe by first week of July?
We hava chance to put the application for following 3 occupations. (1) •0711 Construction managers (2) •2131 Civil engineers (3) •3142 Physiotherapists. Are these occupations are hot in demand?
Will someone share the knowledge and experience that these categories will open till month of july???

Last year, Physiotherapists was filled up (last chage date for FSW2013 forum member) on 28th Aug, 2013 and Civil Engineering was filled up on 6th September (last chage date for FSW2013 forum member).

So based on the above fact, these two categories should remain open till july.

Can't say anything about Construction manager as ther is no past data.

One more thing can be done. In order to prove your responsibilities better, you can get an affidavit from your senior or colleague as well explaining your responsibilities. Also attach business card of that person.

In cover letter mention that HR of your company doesn't provide reference letter in the format requested by CIC. Rest you have to be hopeful. it depends on the officer, he/she has the final choice to make.

But then again it is acquired before her graduation still it consider post graduate? and will WES accept to do equivalency? What should I submit to them BSC degree and Diploma? Should I need to pay for both? Will it be a matter as my wife did not completed her graduation in 2006 instead she completed in 2010

The good thing is that you have to pay same amount whether you assess one degree or two. So get it assessed by them - it won't cost you more. Let them decide the equivalency.

These two documents prove that she is canadian residents only. To proof that she is your relative, apart from her birth certificate, your mother's birth certificate is also required to show you maternal grand father is their common father. I also assume that, your birth certifate got your mother name.

Now, you have to prove that she is currently living at Canada. For this, you provide some billing details of her like credit card bills, water bills, telephone bilss where in the bills her name and address is there. The bill should not be 6 month older when reach CIC.

Since I was going to university for academic transcripts, I was wondering if a similar copy of all certificates is required while submit application. Or normal photocopy would do? If yes, I will ask university for 2 copies.

Here is what CIC says:
Your accompanying spouse or common-law partner’s level of language proficiency

Your accompanying spouse or common-law partner’s level of language proficiency in either English or French is at the CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities (speaking, listening, reading and writing).


CLB level 4 --> Not much idea what IELTS band it is for.

thanks for your help.
I just had a word from my bank and I just agreed to send an original request via courier.
Although your suggestion is doable and easier since I am here and I have accounts here abroad, I prefer to show only my home country account so that when they verify, only one bank is involved and the visa processing office that I will use is in my home country.
But just to be clear, I can send a COPY only of the bank certificate right?

You can give multiple accounts, provide bank statement of your account in Qatar. Doesn't matter if its of 2 different dates if you have sufficient funds on same date.

e.g. if you have CAD 10,000 equivalent in PK account on 29th April
and CAD 5,000 equivalent in Qatar account on 29th April but your latest statement shows CAD 9,000 equivalent.

Use 15,000 CAD and explain in your cover letter that as you could not get statement of same day you opted for this logical approach.

I don't think Screen shoot along with remitance slip will be acceptable.

If you don't have account in Qatar, ask any of your friend/relative to approach branch manager. They can give them some reference/guarantee that your original bank statement request will come through courier but they process the request on scanned copy as its urgent.

Usually, they are co-operative. If nothing works.

Then remit the money and get Fixed Deposit Certificate and provide its copy rather than account statement.
