Since I was going to university for academic transcripts, I was wondering if a similar copy of all certificates is required while submit application. Or normal photocopy would do? If yes, I will ask university for 2 copies.

You don't need to provide original transcript to CIC. Only copy will do (with notarization if it is not too inconvenient - I recommend). WES, IETLS, and PCC should be original while sending.

2131 and 3142 categories opened last year as well. So better to be on safer side if you could apply to 0711 category you will be in CAP.

I am a civil engieer & my wife is physiotherapist. We have compile all the documents, credential evulation has also been completed. But just because of this bull*censored word* IELTS i am not able to forward the application. First time i appeared in the month of march & got 5.5 band in writing, my wife has appeared in april she got 5.5 in listening. I again did the exam on 10-May & result will be expected by 23-May. My wife will appeare again at 21-June.
My question will capacity availabe by first week of July????
We hava chance to put the application for following 3 occupations. (1) •0711 Construction managers (2) •2131 Civil engineers (3) •3142 Physiotherapists. Are these occupations are hot in demand?
Will someone share the knowledge and experience that these categories will open till month of july???

yes, its matching accoring to the requirement speicfied by CIC under code 2132. -- duties included maintenance of all types of Mechanical equipement and Project activities.

So I believe they'll consider all 5 years of experience.

You have to apply with the Indian consulate covering your residing location.
Details can be obtained from their website.

We will claim adaptability points on previous study in Canada.
As it mentioned on the guideline that you must have remained in good academic standing.
Is it necessary to submit the academic transcripts if the grade was not so excellent?
Do you think they will consider?

Did you mean all education documents of spouse are also required ? But in previous discussions in the forum, it was said that they are not required.

this suggestion is will only for Singaore VO bcoz those stupids asked their few of applicants to submit the mentioned docs....

Its not required / mandatory docs as per doc checcklist...So u ppl should not submit this docs with application package...

I am fsw 2014 NOC category applicant. I am in a dilemma now. My file reached CIO on 7th may 2014. My NOC is 2173 . after I missed opportunity in 2013 I contacted a lawyer in Canada via my relative to arrange an LMO for me to apply in fsw. The LMo is still under processing, hrsdc has asked employer to give tax information. The employer and lawyer asked me if at all I have file number for FSW , since I just applied I don't have file number yet. He says if we give file number then CIC will expedite our processing. But will NDVO also process my application faster if i inform that I Have LMO and need to start my work asap. Is it really possible or getting LMO would not impact my processing. I am spending 10k CAD to get LMO so don't want to make a bad choice and waste money.

Dear Can2174,

As per current trend of New Delhi visa office, u can assume an avg processing time of 9-10 momths which is very reasonable time i guess...

So if its possible not to spend that money, Then my suggestion is to stop getting that LMO...Coz that is also a time consuming process...

And it may save a little time (going with LMO process )as per my experience....So just get patience a bit more...
