Hi,

At last, got Reference Letter with job duties from one of my employers showing experience of 1 years 5 Months in one of the eligible NOCs.

However, I have over 8 years of work experience in total ( with other job related documents but without Reference letter with job duties)

Please advise the Points i get for Work Exp under this scenario. Please don't paste the instruction guide link .... I am already confused.

Without reference from your former supervisors or HR, there is the tendency to believe your employment is not real. It would help if you get the references to support your document especially as it is required, best of luck.

dude if you are talking about 2013 spreadsheet entry then why the following dates were mentioned for 2014?

Nomination.....: PER - 12.05.2014

My father's name is not on my birth certificate nor any other else document...............should i leave Quest. 4 on the Schedule background/declaration '' not applicable'' or is that info, relevant to CIC............

Based on that 2013 data.. we could expect 2014 apps getting processing started in comming 1-2 weeks.

We will claim adaptability points on previous study in Canada.
As it mentioned on the guideline that you must have remained in good academic standing.
Is it necessary to submit the academic transcripts if the grade was not so excellent?
Do you think they will consider?

Details can be obtained from their website.

how long have you been in USA? how many PCCs do you need to submit to cic. I am on H1 for the last 3 years and i have submitted PCC from US.

I will be applying on last week of June in NOC code 4011. I am getting delayed because of IETLS .Do you have any idea about the cap of this category? Do you think it is a Hot category or It will be capped very soon.

I was just wondering if every document that we are sending as a copy has to be a certified copy which is attested from an officer?

I am not sure which copies submitted must be attested by an officer.
