We will claim adaptability points on previous study in Canada.
As it mentioned on the guideline that you must have remained in good academic standing.
Is it necessary to submit the academic transcripts if the grade was not so excellent?
Do you think they will consider?

Yes, they have asked for good academic record in Canada so you need to send them transcripts. They will decide whether you will get points for that or not.

Dont worry about excellent. According to local standards first class would do.

Hello Friends

I will be applying on last week of June in NOC code 4011. I am getting delayed because of IETLS .Do you have any idea about the cap of this category? Do you think it is a Hot category or It will be capped very soon.
Need your expert advice and comment.

4011 University professors and lecturers wasn't there in last year list of required NOC professionals. Even in our 2014 spreadsheet there are only 2 applications sent. But it may not be true data in CIC at the moment.

But looking at 1000 cap I think you should be in even if your application reach by start of June.

One job letter if for 2.5 years and mentions full time as well as 40 hours/week. Second letter is for 3.5 years and mentions only full time but not hours/week.

Both letter are US work experience. do you think it will be ok to submit these 2 to meet requirement?

I was just wondering if every document that we are sending as a copy has to be a certified copy which is attested from an officer?

I am not sure which copies submitted must be attested by an officer.

Except original forms, WES and IELTS.... all other photocopies should be notarized.

Again, it is debatable point, some might say its not mandatory but yes I prefer to be on safer side.

Yes, if both exp letters have required duties of 2174.

Thanks, but I have also read about "substituted evaluation", which is stated as follow:
"Through this discretionary authority, a visa officer, after concluding that an applicant is likely to succeed economically in Canada, may admit the applicant regardless of the fact that the applicant received less than the required 67 point threshold currently in place. This is commonly referred to as exercising positive substituted evaluation."

What is this about ?

Substituted eval is only valid at VO. Before that CIO will assess your application against selection criteria and will accept / reject at the outset.
Sub Eval is required because local VO can sometimes find that the applicant is not eligible for the points he/she is claiming but shows a strong likelihood of economically establishing in Canada.

Yes I said end of June... but if you are planning for end of July then I might not be able to assure you because by then it will be 3 months, which is quit a lot of time. No one can predict how this NOC will gonna respond as it wasn't there last year.
So all I would suggest is be fast and send your app asap.

Besides, ur frnds are right,,,,After getting UCI u will inform ur local Visa office by submitting below docs:

1. Cover Letter stating ur changes
2. Generic App form- Principal applicant
3. Schedule A - Background declaration -spouse
4. Additional Family info- Spouse
5. Supplementary -Travels- Principal applicant
6. Fee payment
7. Doc checklist

1. Photo-6 copy with 5 copy written name
2. 550 CAD
3. Birth Certificate
4. Passport- Spouse
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Nikahnama (English ver)
7.Settlement fund ( CAD: $14,720 for two person)-Bank cert+Statement

yes you can. I did the same. I live in Malaysia, but I chose Ankara, Turkey as my VO.

I am assuming you are a citizen / national of Turkey and in Malaysia for employment?
