Regarding UCI.
My documents were returned as it was deemed incomplete. I didint get back my document because of the address was incomplete. the refused things were known to me by mail. in which they had returned uci number. can i track that uci to know proper rejection reason?
shall i use that uci in my current now applyinf form?

Once you have got the UCI number then it will remain same for you. You can send email to CIC mentioning your UCI and they will tell you the reasons why they have returned your application.

Yes you can mention the same UCI in new forms.. All the very best this time

It will not impact anything at this point of time. You can send updated forms in later stage when you will be asked for medical and PCC.

Hi seniors, I know this may have been answered before so forgive me but it's hard to read through nearly 600 pages ...
If I have worked at three different companies in the last 10 years, but I'm only claiming experience points for current company, do I still need to supply reference letters and payslips from the other two?

My experience is as follow:
current company: 8.5 years (maximum points)
previous company A: 0.5 year
previous company B: 1.5 years

Nope... let them do their work. Rather that will delay your application process.

Yes.. possibly you need to let them know about new work place.

PCC is 1 for 1 country. If that is new country altogether with more than 6 months stay.. then Yes... otherwise no.

Just by looking at the current company exp (8.5 years) looks only this will work.
If you have the previous employers offer letter and exp letter.. pls attached.... otherwise not mandatory.

Yes... but even if you don't write, when they will update your data in their system it will gonna show them that you have already applied with that UCI.

But dont worry.... it will not gonna impact the decision on your new application.

If rest all is okay in your application then CIC may contact you to ask for visa office.

1. Definitely you should write your duties whether you give evidence or not else you have to show you are unemployed at that time.
2. CIC generate UCI against individual client and not for their family. So for dependent keep it blank.
3. If it has been refused for cap, my opinion, it should be NO. How could something has been refused when it has not been processed?
