Hey Guys,

Quick question: My sister is applying for PR. She is married but she is planning to apply for herself at the moment. If everything goes fine, she comes here, she wants to settle first and then apply PR for her husband after a year or two. Is that ok? Or the spouse PR is only for newly married? Just wanted to know if there could be any issue.

I have sent my FSWP application and it was delivered on 08/05/2014.

But i might travel outside my country for 10 days by next month & also probably change my job in 4-5 months which could lead to change in address.
How will these impact processing of my application & any suggestions on how to streamline it.

It will not have any impact in your application, if any change happens during applicaiton process, you need to provide details to your respective visa office and the supporting document for the change.

I have some similar concerns as well. Kindly advise how to deal with the following :
1. Is it okay to write the Main Duties in current occupation in Schedule 3 form under section 12b even if I have no reference letter, my current company don't issue reference letters. I'm not planning to claim points with my current job, I'm just new (8 months) and not my Primary Occupation
2. I have been issued UCI in 2013 but application was returne due to CAP reached - I'll use this UCI in my application this year. Do I need to write my UCI in my Dependent's UCI in the Generic form or just leave the dependents UCI blank?
3. Also, in Schedule A form section 6d "been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa...?" I will put yes in my form as a principal applicant. Do I need to answer Yes as well for my spouse/dependent Sched A form?

can anyone tell , is it must to submit the PAYSTUBS for primary experience?
only the reference letter won't suffice? As I don't have the payslips with me now.
Or is there an other option for it?

No it is not necessary to send. Only Refrence letter with Job duties & responsibilities is must.

But if you send Pay Slip Pay Stubs. Then it will be less chances for Verifications.

UCI is unique Client Code, so I don't think that dependents will also bear the UCI of the principal applicant? Anyone?

What i feel that UCI number mentioned in Imm008 form signed by Principal applicant will be considered only, UCI number mentioned in Spouse section of application form won't make any difference to application...However, it might help officer to keep your details intact as of 2013.So i think no worries.....even if you fill...

I regard it nothing more than a voter ID card because that is what it is. Who can forget that the issuance of those cards itself was a terribly disorganized chapter all around the country? People still have cards that bear wrong gender, name, date of birth, address, etc. The picture that I have on my card looks as if I am dead and frozen! And I have no idea whose idea it was NOT to mention father's and mother's name in English. A machine readable passport does not show it as a national ID but, rather, as a personal ID.

bangladeshi national ID does not contain religion, in west(i have seen few id cards of european countries) you wont find religion, father's and mother's name on id card/passport. therefore they are not even necessary.
