In my wes I have included my masters so no problem here, but I have another another professional degree in finance for which i couldn't get transcripts.

So pls tell me:
1) whether should i include that degree in my file or not?
2) if i send this qualification will my app be considered incomplete or ineligible?

I don't want to leave this degree as it is highest qualification i got.

thank you. I am just worried if I am still qualify. i have read in the instruction guide some examples about ECA. here it is.

"The following fictional examples will help you determine what you must submit with your application to the CIO in order to receive maximum points for your education:

If Fatima studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Bachelor's level, but her ECA report indicates that the foreign credential is only equivalent to two years of post-secondary study in Canada...
Then she would not meet the minimum education requirement and her application would be refused because her foreign educational credential was found not to be equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential."

do you know what does this mean?

The keyword in this whole education requirement thing is "COMPLETED" Your foreign educational has to be found equivalent to a COMPLETED post-secondary education in Canada.

What I understand from it that minimum educational requirement is COMPLETED secondary or post-secondary educational credential but Fatem's one is equivalent to "non-completed" educational credential.

It means they have not received your documents. Did they received all your documents through courier?

Does it require to sent photocopy documents attested by Notary public? In the checklist it is mentioned "copies". I do not find any reference where it is mentioned that document should by verified by Notary public. Please share your experience.

It is not obligatoy. However, notarization increase credibility of documents. I did notarize everything so that, if selected, chance will reduce that visa officer will ask for originals for verification and thus reduce time and money.

Hi,

How do you guys fill the additional family information form (IMM5406) for spouse.

There are four names required in section A

1. Applicant Name------
2. Spouse Name------
3. Mother's name------
4. Father's Name-----

when spouse is filling up the form who's name will be on the applicant's name?
