guys any idea what are nos of days expected for this hot NOC's like 1112, 2171,2133, 2173,2174 etc...to get filled up in 2014 intake.
In last 2013 some of this got filled up by last week of may itself..

also wanted to know in proof of funds balance certificate is valid ..or we need to send bank statement ..any compulsion..?

It might happen to various forum members like me

What should be our approach towards missing documents ?

Should we wait till the opening of our application n then wait for CIC 's decision to ask us for missing DOC or return application Depending on your location, the returned documents might arrive too late to be resent. Remember when resending, it is going to the back of the queue at CIC. this also depends on NOC OR

Can we send CIC an email regarding this Due to the volume of applications being received, you may not get a response

OR

Can we send them missing doc again by mentioning UCI number (if have) ? yes, you can try you may be lucky


Suggestions highly welcome....

I think I better call DHL and inform them to deliver at the courier address, so that I can at least have someone to sign for it.

PO BOX is also an safe option right, that`s why they have mentioned it..

Courier company don't deliver in po box's. Ifnyoubhave option to change delivery address before the delivery then do it immediately because CIC has mentioned where to send and by which method and if you deviate their instruction you may loose time and end up catching the cap. Call courier company and make the necessary changes to be on safe side

I would say, don't wait for request from immigration officer to send missing documents. Send it now only with cover letter explaining your situation and possibly a way to identify your original application which is missing your documents like quote the National ID or passport number in covering letter. Also state very clearly on the envelope that it has missing documents and not the complete application.

It is always better to have an updated letter, but sending an old letter does not make your experience invalid. In any case, it is better to add a supporting document about the takeover/name change(An email about the company take over/name change OR any link/url referring to the information on the new company's website). This would remove any doubts in their mind. Make sure your reference letter is verifiable.

Thanks for the reply. One more questions...the supervisor given signature in my previous company's letter..he also left the company and now living in another country. So if CIC wants to verify with him he might unavailable at his old number though company no, email, web eveyrthing is available in letter head pad of company. pls suggest

It will not work, only when you have a reference number from cic then onlynyou can send additional or missing documents. Its not possible for a visa officer to check documents from thousands of file to update missing document when you only provide passport or I'd number. Now only way is to wait when they open the packet and asks for missing document.

WES is working real fast here.
My docs reached on 7th May, Report completed today (May 9th). Just 2 working days
Now waiting for my courier.

But one ques tho. I selected International Courier Service ($85 extra).
Did anyone who paid for this service got any e-mail from WES stating courier details?

In the last FSW2013 blog, I remember some people send the missing documents with the letter detailing Principal Applicant Name, Date of Birth, Parents Name, Name of the missing document,Passpoer Number and it was accepted. It was very tough to find that from huge blog places - so I cannot refer the specefic posting from the blog. Also remember only catch of the submission of new documents was that your Application Package Received date will shift to new documents received date.

I suggest you write your query to the FSW2013 Timeline Forum where experienced seniors expected to provide the response; if you get the response, please let us know. PM Islandbabe/Jigzzy and other seniors. If you don't receive any response, do what I said - at least there is some chance and risk is only loosing courier cost.

I sent follow up missed documents last year and they never matched them up with my application. I tried twice and twice they returned the document. But, there was a forum member where CIC did locate his application. It helps if there is a UCI number also.

Hello

I have doubt regarding date of birth proof, need clarification.
I do not have DOB certificate, for the case of India if we send only Matric certificate (10th) along with application.
Is it sufficient?
