will they return my files if i forgot to seal them in an envelope? i simply put all files in ups envelope, and forgot to put them in another envelope and wrote down noc category on it. will that lead to rejection of my application. i m getting nervous ... thanks for asking.

my files was returned because the noc i applied reached cap. but they still checked the application forms. and i know the diffrence of the two places you mentioned, actually, iwas also confused, but i finally wrote province.

what kind of form are you using, i think on the form it is town/city, last year i wrote the city of my birthplace, but cio corrected it as the name of province. i think it should be the same as what is shown on your passport. so this year
