Actually, that's not accurate. On the form, near the top, there are two check boxes. One check box for the primary applicant to tick before filling the form. The other check box for the spouse is to be ticked on another copy of the form before the spouse fills it.

The primary applicant remains the primary applicant on both forms, the spouse remains the spouse on both forms as well. The forms are differentiated by which check box you tick.

It means they have not received your documents. Did they received all your documents through courier?

Yes ....they recieved my documents through courier....

Iam bit worried As their status is NOT RECIEVED ...1. Should i resend the documents OR 2. It is under scrutiny and they are reverifying from my university officials..

There is nothing you can do. The delay is due to the large volume of applications at WES. Stay cool and wait till the status is updated.

Leave it . He got confused with IMM 5669 -Schedule A-Background Declartion.

If i have multiple FD's in my name... Please suggest i just need to provide the photo-copies of FD certificates issued by the bank as a proof of funds or a balance certificate for all the fd's from bank is also mandatory?

A bank certificate with the total amount in all your FDs will do

I have 1 + 3.5 years of experience. I have everything fine for my 3.5 years of experience which is current.

But for the 1 year earlier experience, the Organization I worked for is not registered. They don't pay Employer Provident Fund or taxes for that matter. But the business place exists and they have a valid contact number, address and email.

So, will it be an issue if I add this experience for FSW?

Please help me on this. Thanks!

Yes you can add it, there will be no issue at all. Just provide experience letter for that. I don't think you are going to count that experience in your NOC. But make sure you have everything ready of your current employer.

Well there will be no issues, if you provide experience letter with job duties you performed there. Everything will be alright!

It is not obligatoy. However, notarization increase credibility of documents. I did notarize everything so that, if selected, chance will reduce that visa officer will ask for originals for verification and thus reduce time and money.

Letters must include all of the following information:
. the specific period of your employment with the company,
. the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position,
. your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
. your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
. the number of hours worked per week in each position.

From the format required above, Is the position different from job title (which should match with the CIC example title of NOC). Take for instance a phrase from the letter my supervisor helped me with (with company ........where he works as a member of the Investment Team and holds the position of Account Executive 1). The position here is meant like a salary level/grade. I hope CIC will not take this as my job title. While in the generic form I put investment officer as my current occupation and investment analyst as my intended occupation.

Please I need an urgent reply so that I can proceed on submission.

I don't think you are referring to the same form. IMM 5406E form does not have that. the Applicant refers to either the principal applicant or the spouse or dependent children 18 years or older...
