My Application for NOC 2133 has reached NS on 5th May, What are my chances of making it within the cap ?

Also, In my generic application i forgot to write the immigration office name, can I email CIC and inform them, otherwise my application is complete and I have 81 points as per my own calculations.

Regards

Hi,

Is there any link where we can see whether the cap has reached?

My application is stuck at GOFFS,Nova Scotia for last 16 hours
Very much disappointed with the service of FEDEX this time

Why is it that persons who already sent off applications asking if they will meet cap? Do you realize the thousands of persons including myself who still waiting on IELTS and WES just to complete application form? Just be happy your applications are already in and hope you've not missed anything in your hurry to beat cap. Right now I think those who sent already need not worry about cap but in completeness of application ::)

Hi Virus,
That is normal. They keep it in Goffs for a day and move the next morning. For me it was 3 days due to weekends.

we have some users from china . Neo,duke_cliff,rzhu

they can help us to gather data about chinese applicants.

I have one simple question for all seniors, I hope someone can provide a reasonable explanation.
There are 50 NOC numbers on CIC site each with a cap of 1,000 each. In my calculations that is a total of 50,000. However CIC only accepting 25,000 applications. Something is not adding up. Someone please explain.
???

It's very straight forward. For each NOC CIC is accepting only 1000 applications. However once a total of 25,000 applications has been received, CIC will stop accepting applications for all NOCs regardless of whether they have individually reached the NOC cap of 1000 or not. Again, very straight forward and no different than the rules in previous years - there's always a NOC cap as well as an overall cap.

I'm sorry, but i don't really understand ur question... If u put in your form that ur spuse and/or kids are accompanying u for this fsw program, then they will take money for all of u, of course...if u say that they wont, u will be paying only for urself, a principal applicant. If they she/he accompany u later on, after u land and get ur permanent residence, the hassle will be much less for them, since u've mentioned them in your initial application... I'm not sure if i helped at all, but as i said, i dont really understand ur concern...

+1 for ur assistance brother...:D

Hi Admin,

If someone is applying from within Canada.
In your spreadsheet entry, the VISA office has no option for Ottawa.

What should I enter ?

Hi sriramkb,

I sent a mail yesterday but did not include bank details.
Can you let me know what bank details you sent, do i need to send just the last 4 digits of credit card number. Any other details i need to send please let me know.?

Skumar

If your card is from an Indian Bank, then you would receive a text as soon as the money gets deducted from your card. The message contains the Billers name, last four digits of your card and the amount billed. Just send those details, it would be sufficient.

It is not necessary to have 1000 applications in each category. CIC accepts a total of 25,000 applications, with NOT more than 1000 applications in any given category. Hope this clears your doubt.

Shall we attach our resume along with the application.
