Yes, include hours. Also attach previous employer letter..You need to mention the NOC for current job also in the form. This also helps to show your personal history of last 10 years. Its not hard n fast that employers write as per CIC, letters will have variations so thats ok. You should attach salary slips, tax statements,offer letters etc to prove your full time employment.
Please note that employer letter must specify job duties and those should match your NOC. If it doesn't match, also attach a notarized affidavit from previous manager/supervisor/colleague. Good luck!

I don't think there is any need of this to mention. What matters is the available funds you have. Mentioning these liabilities however do not affect your application if you still cross the minimum required funds proof. Good luck!

I think, first indication will be the fees transaction in your credit card and then an email from CIC. I hope this starts soon. Good luck!

Hi,

Yesterday i tried applying for my ECA at wes.org. I got an error saying 500 Internal server error, when i pressed back button my credit card got billed and also i got confirmation saying than you for submitting application.

But i did not receive any reference number. Do we get it immediately or does it take time for WES to allocate a ref number.

I tried calling WES yday but i was on hold for almost 45 mins and could not get to a representative.

Please can someone let me know what to do, should i do another payment and see.?
