Submit ur details again in the spreadsheet through the entry link , confirmation page gives u edit link so u can later edit ur own details yourself. previously it wasnt there. Save your edit link for your future reference. Besties.

@ pel12 should have warned before reading 8)

1. Doesn't matter (use 1st letter Cap, rest small; atleast thats what i did)
2. Also doesn't matter (unless specifically asked to use certain order)
3. Use your Passport format and last name "N/A"; don't forget to put your Given Name; Last Name break up (as per visas) in Alias/Other name field in generic form.
4. You just need your birth certificate and that of your brother, it already establishes common parents
5. Photo's of you and your husband only
6. Use the last row "Remaining Information in Attachment # x"
7. No, but seperate sheet for each form

Thanks for the info. Regarding query no.4. It is written in an example in the document checklist pint no.14, that we have to provide birth certificate of one common parent. If that is not available, then what else can we do?

Hi,

Yesterday i tried applying for my ECA at wes.org. I got an error saying 500 Internal server error, when i pressed back button my credit card got billed and also i got confirmation saying than you for submitting application.

But i did not receive any reference number. Do we get it immediately or does it take time for WES to allocate a ref number.

I tried calling WES yday but i was on hold for almost 45 mins and could not get to a representative.

Please can someone let me know what to do, should i do another payment and see.?

Same thing happened to me. I sent them a mail in the Contact Us page along with my bank and other details I received when my card was billed. In less than 24 hours I got the WES Reference number.

Guys, my IELTS expires by June 30th. I am sending my documents on May 16th, so by the time my IELTS reaches CIO it is still valid. Do I need to re-sit IELTS now?

I have one simple question for all seniors, I hope someone can provide a reasonable explanation.
There are 50 NOC numbers on CIC site each with a cap of 1,000 each. In my calculations that is a total of 50,000. However CIC only accepting 25,000 applications. Something is not adding up. Someone please explain.

I sent a mail yesterday but did not include bank details.
Can you let me know what bank details you sent, do i need to send just the last 4 digits of credit card number. Any other details i need to send please let me know.?
