But how you guys are making it sure that u r filling all the lengthy apps Correctly & Completely?

You cannot be sure if your lawyer would not make any mistakes either. I have seen some cases where representatives made mistakes before. It appears to be a lengthy form but once you start filling, you will know it is not that difficult. You can always refer to this forum if you have any questions. This way you can be sure that your application is correct and complete.

Ultimately, it is your choice to use a representative. This is just my opinion.

As I suggested before create excel sheet for all interested. With columns like primary NOC. Application filing date AOR and all. If someone still has to file the column will be empty till it sends the application or gets AOR but one can get an Idea of what NOC people are applying and in what time after filing AOR or CC charged so people could take a call on that. I don't know how to manage that or I would have volunteered myself. But I think eventually we would be making one so y not now. Some said after people send applications then to make y not people in queue too add so as to know what NOCs are in demand and one can directly call someone of relevant NOC for advise on application.....Please comment or rather get on with this ;-)

one query, in IMM 008 Schedule 3 form Q.11 a) Assets and b) Liabilities - I am mentioning my bank fixed deposits in c) settlement funds but not showing any assets and liabilities so Do I need to mention ' not applicable or none' in those fields or shall I leave it blank?

as i understood, from the documents checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf if one cannot obtain (for any reason) a reference letter as described, that is with all the necessary info, you can submit a copy of your work contract and pay stub - and it will cover the main things that prove your work background

No brother...Reference letter with duties is mandatory...whether it is on Company letter or as affidavit..

If someone dont provide this letter, file is gonna return..Other things are mentioned as "Addotional Supporting DOcs"....on the ckecklist

I am re-applying NOC=3142 this year after not making it to CAP last year.
Please help to evaluate my points as below. I just want to be sure.

Age: 29 = 12
Exp: 2+ = 11
IELTS: L-7, R-6.5, W-6, S-6.5 = 18
Edu: Masters in Physiotherapy = 23
Spouse IELTS = 5

Total = 69
