Congrats on your PER! By looking at the trend in FSW2014, MR is requested between 2-3 months from PER. Some got AOR but then earlier applicants didn't seem to receive AOR. No doubt Sydney VO is processing faster this year than 2013. Good luck!

It matters depends on which degree is related to your NOC. However, it is the safest choice to do both and still the same cost. I did both as well. Since it is from the same university, easy to arrange too!
