Well I have one from 2013 when i submitted last year's application...but this year probably they wud not give me an updated one... However my designation and package has changed..so was wondering if i can send last year's referral letter along with last 12 months pay slips? Any suggestion pls?

I want to ask a query here, if my company refuses to give me a referral letter, what are the other alternatives?
