Can any one please let me know at which name shall I do the pay order as application fees for FSW:

is it: The Receiver General for Canada or Receiver General for Canada

Please some one let me know.

Besides is it ok to do the Bank draft from any bank or is it necessary to open from international banks like Standard Chartered or HSBC.

U can take ur DD from Standard Chartered not from HSBC...Please go to Karan Bazaar/Gulshan branch,Dhaka, Bangladesh with ur original PP+Doc Chekclist+generic App form(filled up)+Fee Payment form..

Do we have to do ECA for spouse also?

for spouse, it is not required.

If u want to claim points for spouse, u need to have spouse IELTS

I qualify to apply both for NOC 2171 & NOC 2281. The supporting documents are a bit more inclided toward NOC 2281. Please advise if applying in NOC 2171 will have any advantage over NOC 2281.

What ir ur educational qualification?...If its more inclined to 2281 then u can go for that..otherwise u can go for 2171...(if job dtuies that u do can mention over 60%)

spouse ielts 5
total 53 without education , i need at least 14 points in edu to meet the 67 mark criteria if i get the 19 marks for my old wes evaluation do u think i can make it without the new evaluation. please advise i dont wanna miss this time

I am re-applying NOC=3142 this year after not making it to CAP last year.
Please help to evaluate my points as below. I just want to be sure.

Age: 29 = 12
Exp: 2+ = 11
IELTS: L-7, R-6.5, W-6, S-6.5 = 18
Edu: Masters in Physiotherapy = 23
Spouse IELTS = 5

Total = 69

Iam not an indian but formula is same all over..if both british council and Aeo does not have any seats online they definetley all seats must be filled..Book for another date..Dont worry cap will not get filled
