Hello,
I am seeking to apply under NOC 2131.

I have one query. I have just taken a new passport as my old passport was expired. But some of my documents (IELTS report, PCC) have my old passport number. Does this make any difference ? Or shall I submit the copy of my old passport as well ?

In your new PP--ur Old PP's reference number is added...so dont worry all of ur IELTS report and PCC is valid ...

Even u dont attach ur old PP it will not be problem...

So my suggestion is not to send older PP..Coz they may confuse with this...They are well concerned aboout this issues.... 8)

ok i have worked at two different hospitals...both full time.... i can't add this full time word to the previous letter which i had worked from april 2011 to august 2012 but can add this line "working full time" in my current job exp.letter which im doing since april 2013.

will it be ok?

Just try with submitting clarification letter with the application

can you please elaborate a bit more with what you mean with 'clarification letter' ?
i applied for NOC 2147 last year and this time NOC 2281 is the closest match but my first and lowest designation is of a "Network Engineer", so will it be a problem if i apply under NOC 2281 ?

Hi,

I am living in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I have a 2 years Full Time Diploma in Electronics and Radio Communication Engineering from St. Xaviers Technical Institute which is an autonomous institute in Mumbai. But this Diploma certificate is awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharshtra, setup by the Government of India in 1948. There also exists a Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) which was established after 1963, due to increased demand in Diplomas due to the industrial revolution. Now when I go to the WES website, it says that the Technical Education should be attested by the State Board of Technical Eductation.

So I am a but confused if I need to get it attested by Directorate of technical education, where the diploma was awarded from or Maharshtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBE)

As well this diploma was awarded after I completed my Higher Secondary Studies. While submitting my Diploma documents, do I need to also send the HSC documents attested by the appropriate examination board?

Any hep on the above topics would be very helpful

My designation is technology lead and job responssibilities can b matched to either 2173 or 2174.

Which of the two should I choose. My earlier designations were senior software engineer, software developer and design engineer. The job titles match 2173 but my job responsibilities were more similar to 2174.

Which category should I apply for and which one of the two is more hot..

More Hot is 2174 ...Since ur experience is matching with i guess u should go for the hot NOC 2174!!..

Its not mandatory to send PCC along with app kit... Dont delay for PCC...

Brother, as per the immigration guide (quoting verbatim) :

"You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer."

1. So if we have ALL documents except PCC then we should submit application, and later send PCC as and when we receive it? Or wait for CIC/local VO to request it from us?
2. If I submit application without PCC, will I manage to get within the NOC cap quota? Or do they wait till PCC is received before they include my application in the cap?

What if i have an education of 'Bachelor of Electronics Engineering' and not computer science ?
Previously, it was ok when i applied under 2247 and now when i am thinking about 2281 even with similar job duties then this education issue is confusing me.

I am based out of new delhi... The changes in tje form if made will be posted by canadian end of day 30th April... Can i download form on 1st May IST.? Can there be any change that can come on 1st May canadian time.. Because that will be morning 2nd in IST.. Please suggest... Coz i dont want to be late this time...

No brother IELTS is a must doc for ur application KIT..so rcv that first...then submit please.
