Can anyone guide me for this plz it will be a great help. Thanks

what mean UCI Number

Unique Client Identification number...CIC will give u a number once ur file is rcvd bu cic...u can track ur app online and send any correspondence with this number.

in our time it took 27 days nearly (300 CAP)..So i guess over 1.5 months...

Wow then it means even if I send my application by 15th of may it should be fine. Lets hope for the best..

One more question.

Do I need to submit Proof of Fund (Bank Balance Certificate) now to CIC to get the case number ?
Or it is required to include only when applying to Visa office ?

My birth certificate does not have my name on it, that column is blank (quite a common thing I believe). Will it be acceptable?

I have the notarized translation of the certificate already.

Dear Seniors (please help/ advice)...

FSW13 - i applied for NOC 2147, rejected due to CAP limit.

This year, i have everything in-lined/ready and NOC 2281 and NOC 2133 are my closest match BUT NOT PERFECTLY SIMILAR
NOC-2281 :::: i have few similar JD but dont have a 'Technician' designation and a degree in Computer Science, rather i have an Engineering degree in Electronics.

NOC-2133 :::: i have the required educational degree, but would have to tweak some of my JD.

I WOULD LIKE TO ASK, IN WHAT CASE THE APPLICATION FEES IS CONFISCATED? AS THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY THING TO LOSE BESIDES JUST DONT APPLYING DUE TO AFORESAID ISSUES.

Regarding photos, the checklist says I need to submit 6 photos for each member of my family (whether accompanying or not), and myself.

So do they require photos of parents, brother, sister etc. as well?

Well this is how you apply to ECA:
1. Fill Up the ECA application form (Downloadable from somewhere at WEs website)
2. Get your latest educational transcripts attested at your university.
3. Make bank draft (if you are paying via bank draft) or use credit card.
4. Put all of the above in an envelop and seal them.
5. Sent them to WES (use DHL or fedex and save time)

You will get your ECA report back depending upon the delivery channel you use.

Again I suggest you to pay extra $100 and get it delivered back via international courier (DHL/FEDEX)

I got many insights from your feedback. You have been so helpful for us. Can you clarify me what point can I expect under education factor against 2 year bachelor degree in nursing(a total no of 15 yrs education)?

As replied by you earlier, I can get original test result by submitting police report but this process is fraudulent as my original result has moved to Quebec and I don't have any option to get it back from there. Don't you think it would be better if I mention the reality in this regard and send AOR (which I received from Quebec) along with FSW application. They have mentioned that certified copies of IELTS can be accepted if it has been submitted to earlier scheme of FSW and has not been returned to applicant but in my case it was submitted to Quebec. What do you suggest here?

this if u apply befor that for federal befor like me i apply 2007 then return back they terminat all application in this time they give file BXXXXXXX this the one or not idont know

But just a suggestion...dont use the same line/same words that has mentioned on HRSDC site....

For Job experience, Do we need to submit Salary Slips, Form 16 (TDS certificates), etc or just the emplyment reference letter from the employer stating Responsibilities, Tenure and Salary is sufficient?
