Hi,

For Job experience, Do we need to submit Salary Slips, Form 16 (TDS certificates), etc or just the emplyment reference letter from the employer stating Responsibilities, Tenure and Salary is sufficient?

So do we need or not? is it necessary? I only have work experience letter. I don't have any pay slip because they sent it directly to my bank account. However my boss already stated everything in the letter.

Regarding funds to be shown... I have FDR which is a joint of my father and me.....it has the requested amount... From the bank i have got the FDR certificate which tells the FDR account number , money and date of maturity ,,,,but not the commencement date.....and is dully signed by bank manager and is on there letter head......will it be FINE.... this FDR is not 6 months old....so date of commencement was not mentioned.....plz help urgently. Do I need to add anything else to proove this FDR as a valid proof?

Brother since this FDR is joint with ur father its should not be valid (as per my knowledge) ...Coz POF is valid only--- u and ur wife's assets. But ur case is different...

So I can suggest u to take only ur name/ur wife name's asset (bank statement/FDR) anything like this...

Thats what i can suggest from my side brother...

Kindly suggested should I wait for forms till 1st or should I fill it up now and my birth certificate does not contain my name although I have taken a. Affidavit for it should I submit the certificate or just the affidavit

Hi All,

I have scored 6.5 overall score in IELTS. Please find the result as below:

Listening: 7.0
Reading: 6.0
Writing: 7.0
Speaking: 6.5

Overall: 6.5

Now I am confused on how to calculate points for language out of the total 24 points. When I calculate CLB I am getting 19 points. Can some one please guide me on how much points I can actually score?

For experience, I have worked with two organisations.

Organisation #1 : 5+ years,
Organisation #2 : 1.5 years, different NOC than first one.

I will be applying on basis of the NOC code which suits the first organisation due to more experience.

Since the NOC of second organisation is different, for the 1.5 years experience do I need to submit

Complete experience letter as per the guidelines for it as well?
OR
Payslips, joining letter, and employment tenure letter, because the experience is not relevant to the NOC on which I am applying?

payslip is not mandatory...

And ur case seems ok... Just an additional suggestion: include Bsuiness card of u and ur referee (Job letter's) + Appointment Letter...

will not be wise..
And the good thing is that this yr each CAP is 1000 so dont woryy for 1-2 days delay...In fsw 13 most hot NOC 1112-Financial analyst was took over 23 days to be filled up.

So keep patience..

1112 was the hottest which one was next to be filled?
