Hello Team,

Regarding funds to be shown... I have FDR which is a joint of my father and me.....it has the requested amount... From the bank i have got the FDR certificate which tells the FDR account number , money and date of maturity ,,,,but not the commencement date.....and is dully signed by bank manager and is on there letter head......will it be FINE.... this FDR is not 6 months old....so date of commencement was not mentioned.....plz help urgently. Do I need to add anything else to proove this FDR as a valid proof?

Brother, as per the immigration guide (quoting verbatim) :

1. So if we have ALL documents except PCC then we should submit application, and later send PCC as and when we receive it? Or wait for CIC/local VO to request it from us?
2. If I submit application without PCC, will I manage to get within the NOC cap quota? Or do they wait till PCC is received before they include my application in the cap?

1. Brother its upto u then when u will submit ur pCC..no worry...

2. Not at all, they will start to review ur file and will process on full pace...no relation with CAP...


So no need to wait for that right now...(if it will not take too much time to receive)

Thanks bro how much time do I have before the cap is reached?? Any idea if I choose 2174 I might b at more risk right??

in our time it took 27 days nearly (300 CAP)..So i guess over 1.5 months...

Hi,

Do I have to submit the IELTS results along with Application of FSW or can I submit the remaining documents first along with my application and provide my IELTS originals as they arrive at a later date?

If you submit the application without IELTS Score Card CIC will treat it as Incomplete and will return the package.

Hello Friends... Just came across a small doubt.. Might be silly but wanted to confirm...
I am based out of new delhi... The changes in tje form if made will be posted by canadian end of day 30th April... Can i download form on 1st May IST.? Can there be any change that can come on 1st May canadian time.. Because that will be morning 2nd in IST.. Please suggest... Coz i dont want to be late this time...

yes u can check on 2nd May of indian time .. U can be confirmed...On day time u can send ur docs of May-2

ok i have worked at two different hospitals...both full time.... i can't add this full time word to the previous letter which i had worked from april 2011 to august 2012 but can add this line "working full time" in my current job exp.letter which im doing since april 2013.

will it be ok?

Brother full time/ working hr is a mandatory thing on reference /appointment letter...So i will suggest u to check for/try for another copy...

No it should not be valid..I will suggest u to take a new Birth Certificate from the respective authority right now....

As expected there may be changes in the application forms. It is recommended to wait till 1st of May 2014.

For Job experience, Do we need to submit Salary Slips, Form 16 (TDS certificates), etc or just the emplyment reference letter from the employer stating Responsibilities, Tenure and Salary is sufficient?

Submit Attested Copy of your 10th Certificate and also attach a Notarized affidavit from your parents. which should help with a covering letter explaining the reason why birth certificate is not available.

Dear brother,

Since u dont have the UCI number then u need not to put UCI on generic form...

And if u have relevant work exp on declared NOC then u can apply undoubtedly...

Thanks for the update. But last year I applied very early and got rejected due to cap filled. I am a bit wary about things this year.

When did you apply? Even the hottest noc didn't fill till 30 May so I don't think you applied "very early".
