go to his office and kick his **s , this agents are big time touts. Ask for refund and apply yourself. they will delay your application un necessarily.

can2174, if only I can do that. I have spent a lot of money ($1300!) for these guys who dont even completely know what they are supposed to do. Sad thing is I cant ask for a refund.

Anyway, are we required to submit resumes or curriculum vitae with our application??? Apparently, my agency is also asking us to submit resumes.

After printing the filled up form, you can write with pen. Alternatively, you can add additional page and write your name in your native language.

Thanks Ashif. My wife's brother has got permanent residency in Canada but he's not living there as yet. He's still in USA. Can we claim points for this? Though he has got PR, he is not staying there still. Please advice

For proof relative u have to show his Tax(NOTICE of assessment)/utility bill/house agreement which should be over six months... if u can collect then u can claim..other than this u cant.... :)

Thks bro ! '+1' for you :)

One more query: My work exp for eligible NOC is 1 yr 51 weeks (1 week short of 2 yrs).. In the Form, shall I check the box for
a). 1 year but less than 2yrs or b). 2yr but less than 3 yr.. i want to get the max points for 2 years :)

Then i will suggest u to wait for more one week and make reference later after ur two yrs..it will increase ur two point...Since there is also one week remains...

Anyway for query...its option-1... :)

If I were you I would have threatened them that I would file a police complaint and revoke their license. If you know some lawyer send a prelitigation. These touts should be taught a lesson. I would still suggest you to ask them not to file your application. Instead start your application on your own and tell them that you will sue them in court.

There is no where specified to submit CVs. You just need to submit documents as per Checklist

Well I guessed it right that u were from Nepal. Me too BTW. Actually I meant "You should not take a chance". I went to a police station nearby and filed an application that my IELTS original report was lost. The next day they gave me a letter stating they made a search for it but din find it. I took the letter, a copy of my passport and IELTS report,an application for a new TRF report and New TRF fee (NRS 2000 sth) and submitted it to BC. Then I got my New Original TRF in 15 days.

BTW which NOC are you applying in? Also, have you done your ECA? IF not get ur academic documents attested and sealed and send it for ECA as soon as the final notice is announced. Coz it took me about 2 months to get the ECA report. Also, pay extra to WES to send ur docs back via international courrier.

Thank you once again for your detailed response. I have not begun ECA yet as I am still confused on how to process further. Are transcripts in sealed envelope from university enough or do we need registrar of university filled out the form designed by WES to dispatch for ECA? To be exact with you ,I am applying as a co-applicant ,my wife can be a principle applicant and She is a registered nurse.
