Hi Princcy,

In this case, attach a written explanation and state clearly why BC is not available and write clearly that you are submitting 10th certificate as an alternative. Please make sure that 10th certificate has your husband's name, his date of birth and at least one of the parent's name.

my husband ..he doesnt have his BC ..so can he submit his 10th certificate ?

Idp and BC both send SMS with waybill number to track the shipment.

Just called British Council Helpline..
they siad they have sum technical problem in 10th my exam results which is declared on 23rd may. So the TRFs will be delayed from normal 3-5 days to 7-10 dayz..
it means i have to wait 3-4 days more..!!
hope i will get it soon.. by application package is almost ready and i am waiting for the results only..

one thing more.. can I get my bank certificates and statements today and when i will get my TRF i will send the courier same day.. or should I wait for TRF..

I think we shouls try to limit the POF funds to what is specified by CIC.
There may be no way to prove that it is unencumbered which is a major requirement for POF.
How do you intend to prove to CIC that it is unencumbered?

You can get all those today.
This way....you will just insert your TRF into your package and send without any pending activities.....I'm sure you can send it latest next week monday.

Because the units are held in my own and my spouses name only. A statement is issued by the fund manager which shows the number of units we own and their total value

Until Saturday, we have seen only 4 applicants CC charged. The day in NS hasn't begun yet. So, lets wait for 5 more hours and see if any good news.

They gave the decision after 9 working days for payment. that is on 9th may, 2014. Now after payment its almost 12 working days but i have not received yet.

Thank you for the answer. I am sure that you will get a copy of IELTS after 14 working days from the date of payment received. I think, you need to wait for two more days to get it. I have a query again, how did you approach to British Council for another copy of IELTS? I mean.. did you submit an application stating you lost your report or you followed any other way ?

Also I have few queries regarding the generic form :

1. On the section Education/occupation detail:

Current Occupation should be the title of my current position?

Intended occupation should be the occupation title with NOC?

2. Also when I validate the generic form on page 4 of 5 many bar codes are generated. This one should be on top of the form?

Also on page 5 of 5 there are two bar codes on top of the consent and declaration section. Is it normal?

One query, Is it mandatory to provide offer letter and pay slip from previous companies . I had soft copy of those but unfortunately those papers are not available now. In recent company i have been working for last 3 years and i have the offer letter and payslip for current one.
