not at all , again i said it not important for the dependent .

even his husband has apply for this year with correct duties there would be no problem subject that his noc is under 50 eligible list

they do inquire about the secondary application only if the secondary application has any criminal record or illegal activity done in the past. if the application was rejected due to not matching of duties that is totally fine and nothing to worry.

If the primary applicant is the wife then there is no issue with your brother changing his job. CIC doesn'r request information about current job for dependents.

Do you need to update on new jobs,
For e.g I showed 4 years of experience in 3 jobs. Now i am a student, doing part-time job in a store, do i need to update that?

It's been over a month since I received PER, however, I haven't heard anything from Visa Office or received an ECAS update.

Is that fine or something's fishy?

You would probably receive a government communication before Christmas.
