In Vietnam, the contract for government job (my university belongs to the government) just identify your position and mentions that you have to work following the organization's and state's regulations. So I need the LOR to clearly state what I do on a daily basis.

Would appreciate any other ideas.

Yes, first applicant vvmvamshi4u got Visa, you can check SS and posts by his name .
and second applicant kpatel submitted passport and waiting for receiving it back with Visa, hope he will get it soon in this week.

need info about Canada medical health system
do we need to take insurance cover for initial few months?

or it is provided by govt and we have to pay the federal tax.

You will not be able to access CAS before data entry which takes place after cost recovery. I was able to log in with my UCI few hours before getting AOR (PER). In case it was rejected during completeness check, no GCMS data is uploaded.
