this way of working is possible only in a small company ...
its "CIC".....
They do follow strict procedures
and they do maintain each and every record...

So you mean to say they counted about 200 apps in a day for 2174 on 9th of October and they counted 447 apps in 10 days for 2171? Leaving aside any other apps?

Can you provide more details like for which NOC #rd Sep application returned and most importantly what is the reason to return.
Will really appreciate your help or else where I can see that reply of return file in forum.

Repeating again:

12 a: the main NOC that you practise. it is one of the fifty occupations that are mentioned on the FSW list.

12 b: all occupations that you have practised in the last ten years. this will definitely include the main NOC you mentioned in response to 12 a, and may include other NOCs if you practise more than one occupation during the abovementioned ten-year period.

So simply you must mention the main NOC again in response to 12b. if you have practised just one occupation then both 12a and 12b will include the same one main NOC!

the calls if done are done discreetly by NDVO 3rd party vendors, so there is no way your boss will come to know you have applied for Canada PR. Relax. Everyone is in the same boat and CIC / VO knows this very well.

But I am more afraid of my current Job..I live in small city and there are less opportunities if my company fires me later after knowing that i am applying....

Who said calls are done by NDVO 3rd party vendors ?? How come his boss is going to stay unaware if he or HR team receives verification call ??

You will be in Canada for good in any case. How does it matter ?
BTW, they will preferably call the person who has signed your employee ref letter. So it should not be a problem.

I also wish to share that the manager who had given me in writing on letter head had left job in spetember month...so do this effect if he receives call and tell good about me as he is willing for me in good cause anyway...

Sorry bro but I didn't get you point at all.

The ex-boss (who works with me) of a friend got a verification call from a 3rd party HR company. He got this call even before his CC charge (he's a september applicant). But yeah, I agree with you, it's not possible to keep your boss unaware if he receives such call.
