in eco form 12a ans and 12 b ans should be same noc can any one reply urgent asapaspasap

Repeating again:

12 a: the main NOC that you practise. it is one of the fifty occupations that are mentioned on the FSW list.

12 b: all occupations that you have practised in the last ten years. this will definitely include the main NOC you mentioned in response to 12 a, and may include other NOCs if you practise more than one occupation during the abovementioned ten-year period.

So simply you must mention the main NOC again in response to 12b. if you have practised just one occupation then both 12a and 12b will include the same one main NOC!

If you entered 1123 in 12a and 12b then it should be fine. wait for 80 to 90 days to get reply from CIC.

I am afraid of any call from NDVO regarding my employement.... My employer wont help in any case specially HR team..

Please share if anybody was contacted by NDVO during process...

Need to get the opinion of seniors....
I guess the problem with the forum is that we are taking it as agiven that completeness check = add to cap. While it may be true in 90% of the processing, it is perfectly poosible that CiC abandons the process when they see more then enough apps for one NOC..eg 2174, 2171 etc. They just update the cap to 1000 so that people do not have to go through the process with no chance of succeeding...and more importantly they (cic) dont have to go through the apps return process. Repeating myself, if cic see 500 apps lying with them where as they have completed the check on 700...what is the point of spending another month on checking 300 more+ return 200+ return another 200 that may have come. Rather why not just cap it early? It is changing the process but using logic to save work. DONT ASSUME CIC WILL FOLLOW PROCESSES ALL THE TIME! Only this would explain caps been updated by hundreds of apps in a week or even a day!
Would love to hear any counter argument.....

this way of working is possible only in a small company ...

They do follow strict procedures
and they do maintain each and every record...

the calls if done are done discreetly by NDVO 3rd party vendors, so there is no way your boss will come to know you have applied for Canada PR. Relax. Everyone is in the same boat and CIC / VO knows this very well.
