By the looks of it .. EE 2015 is SERIOUSLY FLAWED !

In accordance with EE 2015, Employer will have to first look for Canadians- citizens or Canadian PR's (existing) before they can pick EE 2015 Applicants from the Job bank AND they also will have to process their LMIA (erstwhile, LMO)

When Canadian job markets will be flooded with 10,000 to 12,000 new PR's across 50 Occupations from FSW 2014 itself ... add to that earlier years PR's who are yet to settle in their dream job (armed with some form of "Canadian Experience") .... .. In such a job market which Canadian employer will go & make offer to somebody who has not even been interviewed face-to-face and go thru the hassles of processing LMIA ??

No doubt it will reduce processing time .. I would add that it may even accelerate the "settlement" time (establish) for potential PR"s.. but those would be far n few between .. more so with specialized skillets which would remain in demand in Canada.

Just my personal views... nothing concerning future applicants.

First they should need to clear & settle FSW2014 cases, then they think over EE15.
Otherwise, they are creating burden and again backlog will be with VO's.
By looking speed of NDVO, i don't think they will able to clear cases of fsw14 even till March Or April, then how will they handle new EE cases.
NDVO has almost 730 cases pending (including PER, MR) as per SS; if we talk about the total i believe they have approx 730*5 = 3650 cases pending to whom they have to issue MR and PPR/PR.
NDVO is already under burden & Backlog with so many application and more are still under processing, don't know what they are doing and what they want to do.

The speed of Sao Paulo is amazing among all VO.

Only we can do , Pray and Hope and Pray .....

Buddy the evaluation time is 20 days but transit time is much more than that as they use simple post that normally takes 18 days.
But ours was lost and never received and we have to request duplicate one with additional payment and a Canadian address, which took 5 days to Canada and another 3 days to India. So take care.

Could anyone tell me how many days WES take to
evaluate our educational credentials? They mentioned 20 days, is it true? I am in hurry to submit application for Fsw program, so please let me know.

people I have a question
worst case scenario - my application failed the completeness check and its sent back to me and by the time the mail gets to me, its past the 6 months validity period of the DD. what happens then?
how can I en-cash a non-valid DD? and its in CAD so how do I get it back to local currency?

If the New Express Entry will start on Jan 2015, than will FSW 2014 will be closed in December 2014??????

I read through the Express Entry PDF provided by one of the forum member and it shows that we FSW applicants are lucky....

if you already did, you should wait for their response as the mail you are going to send is going to take longer to receive a response and by then (god forbid) your application will have returned to you

I was advised to pay additional fee for express shipment so I did it. Received my package within 4 days via UPS. I think if he is in hurry this is the best way.
