Yes Monty, once third line is updated, it means ur medical is cleared. After that wait for DM.

Dillon Saab, u first send all the docs requested by VO. After receiving ur docs, u will be added to the file as dependent. After that u will receive ur MR mail, PCC & RPRF request.

Hey, No need to tell VO, u can do Medicals anywhere on Earth(but should be listed on CIC panel) Just send medical form to ur spouse. Regards

Renew ur passport sooner and update WVO asap. I have seen an applicant asked by VO to either renew his passport or if not they will issue visa on current passport at his risk. He obliged to renew, which consumed some time, but was issued visa on new passport. So my opinion, renew ur passport...
