Guys can you help me?

I'm sept 4 app, I sent add't doc it reach cio oct 30. Do you think it was too late since I did a lot of back reading, completeness check for sept 4 app seem to have been early nov.

It could be touch and go .. who knows they could probably have attached the add'nl docs and the completeness check was done a day after ... it could be a miss or hit scenario ... no one could be very sure on that. But indeed Sept Completeness was started last week oct to 1st week nov.

Guys, I am not sure if my analysis is correct but now that we see 2171 was already capped maybe they will now return on reviewing August applicants for 2173. I guess they had their full attention to 2171 for the last few weeks so it will be capped and all IT hot NOC's will now reviewed thoroughly. Also, it will stop other to-be-applicants to send docs on IT NOC's. Thus, in the few more weeks we can hear 2173 moving till end of August.

This is just my 2 cents. I hope I am right on this.

Probably yes .... I feel the same that there is something left in 2171 n 2173..

NOC 2171 got capped to 1000.. i am September 11th applicant not sure what happened with cic for prompting them to update the cap to 1000 suddenly...

However i cant leave without saying thanks to my brothers conal and diplomatru..

Hope i get through in EE entry and meet u guys..

If my app retuned it be fault of WES. I submitted together with my app orig WES report. Then WES sent me a copy of their revised report, only diff is the wording of my degree but both 1st and revised WES reports of MBA equivalent. I hope cic will consider this as it WES fault.

Good or bad I will update you guys.

Yes and on the few 2 pages back, I saw a July 30 applicant of 2173 got PER so maybe there is really something left with IT NOC's. Lets just fervently pray for new updates and that our applications will be included.

Received an e-mail dated 21 November 2014 stating:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application has now been placed into processing.

Dear experts,

Just confused, can anyone explain me this, last cc charge for noc 2171 was on 11 Nov for 28th Aug applicant at that time cap status was 559, as per ss there is no charge since then, how come cap reach 1000, does it mean cap reached based on complete check, if that is the case till which date apps are in, I am 17th sept applicant will I will be in cap???

Seniors, Please give your opinion about NOC 2171. Since the cap has been updated to 1000,till which date they have reviewed applications for completeness and if Sep,Oct applicants are inside the cap..

I am Sep 4th 2173, and my application got returned days before, it may take months to be mailed back.

it's sad for me, but it may be a good news for other 2173 applicants, as it seems Sep 2173 may still have chances

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 17 Nov 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.



The documents were also returned to you on 18 Nov 2014.



We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

1) Does anyone know the latest DD charge, overall and for this particular NOC?
2) Considering that they are charging late August, should I begin prepare myself for bad news?
