Hi,

Just got to know that under direct application for immigration route, December is the last month post which CIC wont accept applications under this route except express entry. Those who are successful in submitting their applications by 31 Dec 2014, they are in and after that I think only route is express entry system.

1) Today total applications are : 8 K out of 25 K, so this would reach around 10 k by Dec end.
2) Those who are thinking of applying, do it fast as IELTS and Skill assessment will take time and you might miss the bus by a day or two specially after 20 Dec when Christmas season starts.

Those who are yet to submit and preparing their applications should send them latest by 15 Dec to reach CIC office well in time before this system gets closed on 01 Jan 2015.

Hello Everyone,
My application got return yesterday..applied in 22nd july...they didnot encashed the DD but put UCI number in the documents...My concern is did they save or record all the document that i send previously???

bcz my application return due to mismatch in job duties so if i make some changes in my job profile like i have worked for 3 different company....and now wants to show details job description of the previous 2....not the recent one as my employer will not give any modified job description to me...can i do that.

i dont think so that they will keep copies of returned application as it would be too much for them to store somewhere. What i believe they would keep with them is the summary against UCI. They may keep record of your national identity doc, passport no, UCI and NOC applied. So whenever you next time apply, they might be verifying your basic credentials. I believe you shouldn't risk changing the NOC as they probably keep with them; however JDs may be amended.

Medical Test Guide


1. Reach before 30 minutes at hospital as per your appointment time.

2. Don't forget to take following:
*Medical Fees:4300 INR {May vary as per hospital, I'm talking about Apollo hospital, Ahmedabad}
*Original Passport
*2 Xerox of your passport
*6 Passport size photographs(You can use same you sent with your application)
*Black Ball pen

3. It would be great if you do not eat anything before at least 12 hours when you reach to hospital.

4. You'll be given one form to fill up, and after filling it up, they will take your original Passport and will give you one file to put up your medical form received by your visa office.

5. There will be Height/Weight and eye check up.

6. Then you'll be sent to doctor who will ask if you had any medical history in past. Don't lie and say if you had any operations before. (No proof required that you had done operation)

7. You'll be asked to pay the fees.

7. There will be BP and blood, urine check up.

8. At last X-ray Checkup.

9. They will give you Medical receipt which you need to sent to Visa office.

10. Enjoy and eat as much you can as you might be hungry

I called FBI Customer care now. They said, my fingerprints rejected due to poor quality. After waiting for 3 months, I got this news. I got extension to submit PCC from NDVO till 21 Dec 2014. It looks like, I need to do all again. I am currently in Belgium.

Can NDVO extend again for next 3 months?

Any suggestion to expediete.

Hi friends,

application received back today
Credit card payment issue, bank code 202.
Bank had change in their system, issues a new cc with new numbers, without any notice, therefore info on fee payment form was incorrect and CiC had no way to charge cc. Result is returned/rejected app.

Important thing to all of us, if you receive mail or call from your bank that charge attempt has being made, and your bank decline it, you have one day, maximum two to sort that out. Following the cover latter from CiC, we received 3 papers as proof that CiC had 3 attempts to charge credit card, 3 days in a row, all failed (in our case: September 21st, 22nd and 23rd)

Preparing app again, back in the line.
