Its my first post here and l really need opinions. My CC was charged more than 2 weeks ago and l didn't get PER. ECAS shows "we received your apllication...."

So what is happening now? Did l miss the mail could be the caseor is there NO mailtechnically there is such form of communication, but you are still withing normal waiting times?

1) Can RPRF be paid online for NDVO?
2) How to send MR and RPRF related documents to NDVO from overseas? NDVO address contains PO Box No. and as per my understanding, courier companies do not deliver to PO Box Nos.

What you are saying is true and is completely in line with guidelines of imm7000. The only downside of this approach being that both applications should be in the hold of CIO at the same time, which can be tricky to ensure because applicants don't enjoy any tracking service at this stage. So in case the app with original TRF is sent back, and the other arrives later, it won't work. Besides, I would recomend everyone to apply for second TRF because even expired IELTS can be used to apply later for Canadian citizenship. Otherwise (the other option being graduating from a Canadian educational institution), you will have to schedule a new test.

Thank you diplomatru for information. I have also heard that once your application is accepted and charged your package will not be returned and you only receive rejection mail. Please can you clarify on this. What happens in such case.

Hey Buddy .. If it shows we have received your application in ECAS. It is a good sign.

PER should be on it's way.

I am applying for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class. To this effect, please find below the annexure 1 and annexure 2 which include all the relevant forms and supporting documents respectively.
I hold Nepalese passport and citizen of Nepal; however, I have studied and working in Indian since 2001. As per the treaty between India and Nepal in the year of 1950 i.e. 1950 India-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship, the nationals of each country do not require any document to travel, study, stay and/or work. Hence, I have mentioned myself and my family members as “Free migrant” in the forms mentioned below, wherever required. However, my wife, who now has Nepalese passport, was born in India, thus she is referred as “permanent resident”.
I have enclosed all the required supporting documents with application, and provided explanation wherever required.

Very URGENT !!!!

I dont know why this happened to Me , I came from the medical and kept my cloths for washing and my domestic help put all the stuf in fully automatic machine and also washed and damaged my PASSPORT...Its **** thing that she did not check the pockets Please suggest what to do now...I thankfully have the extra bio pages xeroxed...SHould I inform NDVO about this stupid thing and should i send the bio pages that i had xeroxed or should i apply for a new passport and then send the new updated one.. :-\ :-\ :-\

Dont worry...Its not a big loss so far.....

Just take a new PP book...Send a CSE to NDVO with scanned copy of this new PP.....

Ask them if u need to do any further action....

U need to take a bit hassle....no need to take any mental pressure....

You are welcome. In case the app passes cost recovery stage and bites the ground during eligibility determination review then CIO sends NER and closes the file. No refund and no application return after that.

Hi..I have been following this forum for a long time now. My husband has applied under NOC 2131. app is received on 10th September at CIO. He filled the forms by himself. we have now realised that he filled question no.12b in schedule 3 form incorrectly. he worked in two different organisations from last 15 years. he wrote civil engineer and period in that company and NOC code. he kept his resume as attachment for that. we later realized that we should write his designations, period and NOC. what should we do now? can we resubmit another schedule 3 form? we have sent a complete application package. but this was a misunderstanding on our part. please help. if we can send another form, where we should send it. will they accept it. please throw some light on this. this is giving us sleepless nights and severe anxiety.

It should be fine, the reason is, during completeness check they will not look into all the details.. all they look for is name, signature and if you have all the four pages. Now, I suggest you to call call centre and try to find UCI, (even if they dont give you UCI, fine, quote all your details like Full name, DOB, address, NOC code, app reached date....) and update the form to CIO by mail. If you dont update voluntarily, the VO may ask you to udate in the later stage or will ask you attend interview and sign updated for in front of representative... so you are fine, as long as your NOC is not capped, get more than 67 points and lead statement matches job description, you will get PER (and later PR)... BTW i did the same mistake and updated the form and got CC charged.....GUD LUCK...

Do not panic, Your full efforts should be getting the new passport.

If you can get it quickly, send only new passport pages to NDVO. Till then hold it.

If you are not able to get the passport quickly within the time given by NDVO, inform NDVO about the passport damage and ask for extension to get the passport.
