Dear Sir/Madam:
I am applying for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class. To this effect, please find below the annexure 1 and annexure 2 which include all the relevant forms and supporting documents respectively.
I hold Nepalese passport and citizen of Nepal; however, I have studied and working in Indian since 2001. As per the treaty between India and Nepal in the year of 1950 i.e. 1950 India-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship, the nationals of each country do not require any document to travel, study, stay and/or work. Hence, I have mentioned myself and my family members as “Free migrant” in the forms mentioned below, wherever required. However, my wife, who now has Nepalese passport, was born in India, thus she is referred as “permanent resident”.
I have enclosed all the required supporting documents with application, and provided explanation wherever required.

c. 3rd Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Revision letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of 3 months and Job description. An e-mail communication from HR official mail ID that they could not provide the reference letter.
