Please inform everyone that no original TRF is required for second application we just need to include copy of TRF and an application letter mentioning it is second application and original TRF is with CIC included on first appplication received by ..... on date ....... thank you.

What you are saying is true and is completely in line with guidelines of imm7000. The only downside of this approach being that both applications should be in the hold of CIO at the same time, which can be tricky to ensure because applicants don't enjoy any tracking service at this stage. So in case the app with original TRF is sent back, and the other arrives later, it won't work. Besides, I would recomend everyone to apply for second TRF because even expired IELTS can be used to apply later for Canadian citizenship. Otherwise (the other option being graduating from a Canadian educational institution), you will have to schedule a new test.

What is TRF? I am also planning to send my 2nd application.

At this time I am in the process of requesting from World Education Services (WES) a copy of the ECA report and from British Council Philippines a copy of our (me & my husband) IELTS result. I would like to know if these duplicate copies are acceptable since originals are already sent in my previous application that has no update yet. Are there any additional requirements in this case?

Anyone who requested for WES ECA report? how many days is the delivery from date requested? I am afraid it will arrive late and closing of FSWP 2014 is I think 12/31/14.

TRF means IELTS test result. You can include copy of TRF for second application but not sure regarding WES credentials. But WES provides two originals at first you can imclude it.

Who told you that you should have written designations instead of occupation. In that form they specifically asked for occupation which is Civil Engineering. they did not asked for designations. I believe there is clear difference between occupation and designation. I am Civil Engineer but all my job titles are as Planning Engineer. I wrote Civil Engineer in Occupation and 2131 NOC Code for Question 12(a) and (b). If I write Planning Engineer in Occupation then how Can I write 2131 in NOC code against it. I suggest you just get relaxed and everything will be alright. Furthermore at this stage you cannot do anything as I believe CIC have completed Completeness Check till your date of Application submission.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I think We should just sit back and wait. We thought of sending another schedule-3 form. but as you said, it might be useless. I am nervous because for mainduties in 12 b we wrote attached resume. and we have put resume as attachment. i hope all goes well. because this will be our last chance.

I have received two per and wait to withdraw one until mr is received. But not sure if we get refund or not.

Visit IDP and BC centers personally. On phone,they denied second copy to me as well, but when I visited the centre they just asked for proof and my observation is that call centre people do not have much knowledge about CIC process but managers of IDP/BC centres understand our concern. They would ask for proof that you had sent it to CIC - IDP asked for Payment proof (DD copy) and BC (for my wife) asked for proof of delivery, courier bill. We paid IDP 1250/- and received it in two weeks, paid 250/- (We chose option to collect it personally from their centre) and got it in 1 week. All the best!!

donnie, are you from India or Pak? I tried to get the same from British Council but they denied and said they can only give a certified photocopy but TRF is only issued once or to the universities ...i tried to convince them but all in vain. OK . I went to my university from where I was doing my postgrad and told the matter to my department chairman... he said you can give address of University and department for additional TRF and get it issued from university later on...... did this but people at BC are so non cooperative they said they only send to foreign universities despite the fact that there is no such policy mentioned in any of their websites around the globe......... at last I lost my hope and didnt pursue it further

Hi..I have been following this forum for a long time now. My husband has applied under NOC 2131. app is received on 10th September at CIO. He filled the forms by himself. we have now realised that he filled question no.12b in schedule 3 form incorrectly. he worked in two different organisations from last 15 years. he wrote civil engineer and period in that company and NOC code. he kept his resume as attachment for that. we later realized that we should write his designations, period and NOC. what should we do now? can we resubmit another schedule 3 form? we have sent a complete application package. but this was a misunderstanding on our part. please help. if we can send another form, where we should send it. will they accept it. please throw some light on this. this is giving us sleepless nights and severe anxiety.

hahahahaha,,,,Sorry as I am laughing because after reading your statement I realized I am not the only one who gets tensed sometime for some small silly things, as getting Canadian PR is itself a big PROJECT.

Anyways no worries.. You have done perfect, as I am asst Manager but I have mentioned Mechanical Design Engineer in 12b of schedule 3 form. I am at the stage of PPR waiting (Check my signature below ). So don't worry everything is ok,,,,,enjoy and relax
