Hi..I have been following this forum for a long time now. My husband has applied under NOC 2131. app is received on 10th September at CIO. He filled the forms by himself. we have now realised that he filled question no.12b in schedule 3 form incorrectly. he worked in two different organisations from last 15 years. he wrote civil engineer and period in that company and NOC code. he kept his resume as attachment for that. we later realized that we should write his designations, period and NOC. what should we do now? can we resubmit another schedule 3 form? we have sent a complete application package. but this was a misunderstanding on our part. please help. if we can send another form, where we should send it. will they accept it. please throw some light on this. this is giving us sleepless nights and severe anxiety.

Who told you that you should have written designations instead of occupation. In that form they specifically asked for occupation which is Civil Engineering. they did not asked for designations. I believe there is clear difference between occupation and designation. I am Civil Engineer but all my job titles are as Planning Engineer. I wrote Civil Engineer in Occupation and 2131 NOC Code for Question 12(a) and (b). If I write Planning Engineer in Occupation then how Can I write 2131 in NOC code against it. I suggest you just get relaxed and everything will be alright. Furthermore at this stage you cannot do anything as I believe CIC have completed Completeness Check till your date of Application submission.

If you want to apply under 2172 you have to act fast. Like 'lightning-fast' fast. Hence forget about waiting for your application to return as it will undergo completeness check in 10-12 weeks and only then start making way to you via snail mail. You might be looking at 4-5 months from now return time and the NOC will be capped probably until 2015. It's not worth it, so race for a new app, obtain IELTS TRF and good luck.

Hello diplomatru. You are a senior member and appreciate your help for everyone. Please inform everyone that no original TRF is required for second application we just need to include copy of TRF and an application letter mentioning it is second application and original TRF is with CIC included on first appplication received by ..... on date ....... thank you.

What is TRF? I am also planning to send my 2nd application.

At this time I am in the process of requesting from World Education Services (WES) a copy of the ECA report and from British Council Philippines a copy of our (me & my husband) IELTS result. I would like to know if these duplicate copies are acceptable since originals are already sent in my previous application that has no update yet. Are there any additional requirements in this case?

Anyone who requested for WES ECA report? how many days is the delivery from date requested? I am afraid it will arrive late and closing of FSWP 2014 is I think 12/31/14.

1) Can RPRF be paid online for NDVO?
2) How to send MR and RPRF related documents to NDVO from overseas? NDVO address contains PO Box No. and as per my understanding, courier companies do not deliver to PO Box Nos.

WES provides 2 copies itself and in second application you dont need to attach original ielts you can attach an application and mention it is second application and ielts TRF is sent to cic in first application package. If possible include copy of TRF.

I dont know why this happened to Me , I came from the medical and kept my cloths for washing and my domestic help put all the stuf in fully automatic machine and also washed and damaged my PASSPORT...Its **** thing that she did not check the pockets Please suggest what to do now...I thankfully have the extra bio pages xeroxed...SHould I inform NDVO about this stupid thing and should i send the bio pages that i had xeroxed or should i apply for a new passport and then send the new updated one.. :-\ :-\ :-\

try calling them at 8am sydney time which is the opening time for call center

Im July 3rd applicant, CC charged on Oct 20, PER still not recieved. I called CIC yesterday, the call centre agent informed me that my application is still with CIO Sydney office. I am worried, are there any first week july applicants with no PER. My ECAS status is 'In Process'

i Just got up with a phone call from my friend, to let me know that CIC has made a transaction (i have given his card details) on his credit card which was successful.

Why 2171 stopped on 27/08.Even no one reported of CC charge on 19/08,20/08 and 26/08.Where are these guys.Very Strange 2132 is second hottest after 2171 and CIC is now taking this on priority.God please help us.

I have submitted copy of TRF and received my per already. But be confirmed that your original ielts TRF is with them in accepted first application. You can include copy only for second application. If you need any other info please msg me. Thankyou.
