Hi Guys one of my friend is 24/07/2014 applicant under NOC-3012 but her DD is not cleared yet....Is there any hope to get PER???

yes pls dont wprry abt DD not charged till now ... i too called the bank several times and finally got to know only when the PER mail arrived ..so keep ur hopes alive... u will make it

Dear Seniors,

One of our colleague has just posted that he received a PER, where he has amended the responsibilities and duties letter which matches with the NOC requirement.

I have sent an application on 26 Sept.2014 in which my responsibilities and duties letter is matching 30 % with the NOC requirement.

So, is it advisable to send the other letter with a higher match with the NOC requirement?

And if it is advisable than is it necessary that it must be on a company letter head the way first one was sent? Or the second one will be ok on plain paper with an affidavit?

I know that nobody will answer this. Anyway I would like to share my panic. I have been sleepless since Monday when I realized that there are DD being encashed for dates later than mine which is 31st July for the NOC 0911, money order issed by ScotiaBank.

Hey Buddy .. Please do not worry. I am 30th July applicant waiting for PER.

Currently 23 & 24th applicants are getting PER. Most of the banks do not really give a true picture of when the Money order has been encashed.

Need Help!!!!

Hello friends

I have applied through a consultant and he said that as per the agreement I have to pay the complete fee now only then he will give me a copy of my PER mail. But i need some time to arrange the amount to be paid...Now my questions are
1) Do I need anything form my PER mail before MR?
2) When can I expect my MR(I got my PER on 18-11-2014)?
3) What is percentage of rejection at this stage provided that i have not sent any fake document?

Relax. Banks don't have reliable information on DD cashing. Look at other 07-24 applicants and what DD cost recovery date was reported in CIC emails, and you will feel better. Good luck!

- 30% is too risky in my opinion. Unless you have other reference letters from past experience(s) to claim the points you need for eligibility.
- Hence I would recommend you send an updated version of LOR as an additional document.
- DO NOT send self-sworn affidavits. It is HIGHLY recommended that you send the updated LOR on Company Letterhead as well just as the initial LOR.

It should be fine, the reason is, during completeness check they will not look into all the details.. all they look for is name, signature and if you have all the four pages. Now, I suggest you to call call centre and try to find UCI, (even if they dont give you UCI, fine, quote all your details like Full name, DOB, address, NOC code, app reached date....) and update the form to CIO by mail. If you dont update voluntarily, the VO may ask you to udate in the later stage or will ask you attend interview and sign updated for in front of representative... so you are fine, as long as your NOC is not capped, get more than 67 points and lead statement matches job description, you will get PER (and later PR)... BTW i did the same mistake and updated the form and got CC charged.....GUD LUCK...

Can you please specify to which mail id we should send the updated form? we have sent a complete application package and there are no mistakes other than this. all forms are signed and all documents are enclosed properly. Reference letters, offer letters, salary slips and promotion letters and a detailed resume have been enclosed. we made this mistake due to misunderstanding. we have prepared a new schedule-3 form, with an attachment describing main duties and also a covering letter explaining the reasons for resending. should we mail it to CIO now. we dont have a UCI number. we sent our original application and was received by CIO on 10th Sep. please advise. I see that few members are saying it is OK.
we wrote in the original schedule -3 form like this;
from to occupation NOC period Main duties
2010-09 till date civil engineer 2131 3-4 years resume attached
1998-01 2010-09 civil engineer 2131 6 years resume attached

he actually worked in three designations in his first company and 2 designations in present company.

PLEASE advise. is this OK.

Hei.....whenever I call cic....they say they r facing heavy traffic....couldn't connect to an agent....is there any specific time i shud call or theres no fun calling cic?

If you are from india ... Call them around 5.30 Pm IST. Perfect time to catch hold of an agent

You are welcome. In case the app passes cost recovery stage and bites the ground during eligibility determination review then CIO sends NER and closes the file. No refund and no application return after that.

Thank you again and one more query. Now i have two per and if GOD delights me with mr i have to withdraw my second application. Is there any chance of refund? I have sent you pm please reply me as per your convenience.

TRF means IELTS test result. You can include copy of TRF for second application but not sure regarding WES credentials. But WES provides two originals at first you can imclude it.

Thank you very much Pravin16. When you say copy of IELTS TRF, you mean a new copy requested from IELTS British council? Not a xerox copy? coz I have here a xerox copy.

FOr WES ECA report copy, anybody here has an idea? Do i need to request another copy from WES or I can just xerox/photocopy the duplicate copy. Please... thank you.
