Is it true? That the position held should match the example titles given in NOC that you are applying for?( i just read a post about it.

Sadly No. I'm single. I have worked before in Canada but it isn't under any category which they have mentioned. I came back to India in 1 month as my work was over despite having 6 months visa. Also I have a relative who is not blood related so a sponsorship letter for living(not work) from him won't give me any points. Even after reassessing my points it came out now 66!! Just 1 point!

Can you re-take IELTS to get at least one more point or are you already at maximum?

Please clarify.

Do you mean it was on the list for FSW2013, and you applied within that cap year (application received on or before April 30, 2014)? If so your application will be processed assuming it is within the cap.

If you applied this year under a NOC that is not eligible this year, it certainly will not be processed.

I would be highly obliged if u can answer.
My wife is principal applicant .she has done mca and has 2 year exp as a application programmer noc 2174 . But she left the job in feb 2014 as she is pregnant (not taken maternity leave )she is unemployed . So what should I write in current occupation -generic Form.
Reply is highly appreciated.
I found out one thing sure that all member like you are very helpful for getting things solved as family member .May god bless you.

In generic form mention it as "Unemployed", and I would also suggest that you attach a cover letter mentioning why she is unemployed. It just because she is PA, no harm in attaching cover letter, and better to avoid any kind of confusion.

I have registered in this forum just today and it seems useful.

I am a Jordanian and I live in Saudi Arabia. I sent my application on 26th of April for NOC 2173 and it was received by CIO on 1st of May. Today, I got my CC charged. I got the message below, and I beleive it is from CIC

One more thing, the link to add entry in FSW 2014 sheet is blocked from Saudi Arabia, I think due to the abbreviation mechanism you use.
