I hold a master degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University. I might need to rewrite my duties with full details but don't you think this will raise flags when I resubmit my application?

I am from USA, too. You need to select CPC-Ottawa as you office. Also, you need a copy of your passport VISA and the pages containing your exit/entry stamps, along with a copy of you I-94.

Calm down Sammy, drafts take so long to be cashed so you wont be able to check it like a credit card. I am sure you will receive CIC email and your application will get through
