Dear fellows,
I have two queries:

1
Kindly tell me what is the attestation procedure for a degree which someone has got from abroad (UK).
For example in my case my BSc engg is from UET, Pakistan but later I did Masters from UK.
Masters program was of 1 year full time (2011-2012).

I have done O/A-levels so what is the procedure for its attestation. Like do I need to attest IBCC equivalence or from British Council or what!!

Hello Seniors,

My current Title in Company is "Senior Associate QA".

Do I need to mention matching titles as in hrsdc for NOC - 2171, in my reference letter.
With my previous company my Title was "Senior Consultant".

I am confused here, I am going with 2171 category as my responsibilities align with this. But by title in employment letter do not match exactly as it is stated in HR.
Please suggest how my reference letter should look.

Your Job tittle does not matter in FSW.....its your Job descriptions that matters with reference to your intended NOC.
Your reference letter should state your Jon descriptions,employment dates and duration,working hours,remuneration on monthly and yearly basis.
It must be on your company letter head,signed and dated by your superiors.
You may include your employment letter and your payslips too.

1) Yes I would be able to get 3 months salary slips and also last 6 months bank statement (with stamp on each page) to show enough cash in account as required.

2) Job offer letter - is it required for all previous jobs OR only the recent job offer letter will be enough like recent salary slips?

Is it necessary to send the ban statement? As in the document check they have asked for the bank balance certificate from the bank on the bank letter head.

You are allowed to have simultaneously pending applications with different NOCs if you would qualify under more than one NOC. In your case, if you think you actually have an incorrect NOC, I would withdraw the one you think is incorrect. It probably looks bad to know you have an incorrect application and leave it pending.

for sending multiple application how are you going to have multiple copy of original IELTS score.
Does British counsel provide you second copy of the IELTS score card.

Hello seniors
My title is sr. Software engineer but my roles match with 2172...is it good to apply with 2172 or should I need to apply with 2173 noc...also I have 5+ yes of exp as software engg and 1 + years as lecturer lecturing to bachelors students...will I get 15 points from experience? I have my masters done but fearing that it would add more time to Acredaite I have just made use of bachelors...I will get 22 points from ielts..do u see me good to apply as 2172noc

You are good to apply for either 2172 or 2173 NOC provided your job descriptions are matching the one you choose.
Regarding your years of experience,you will get the maximum points in the two jobs provided you can provide reference letters for each of them in the specified format of the document checklist.
There is theory that says it takes longer time for the evaluation of Msc than Bsc so i will suggest you evaluate your Msc degree to get 23points if possible.
You are good to apply for 2172 NOC if you can start the process immediately.

"Rahul789 2132 6/15/2013 6/21/2013 10/15/2013 116 Did not have mother and father name in birth proof ( school leaving certificate in his case) TBA"

so is is mandatory to have both father and mother name in birth certificate.

To show your proof of fund,you can either print your bank statements or the bank balance certificate......it depends on your situation.
Documents checklist did not say only bank balance statement .....you can check to confirm again.

As I previously explained candidates only get one hard copy of their original test report form and this cannot be duplicated.

However, if you wish to send your result to a receiving organisation the test centre can send your results electronically to them.

If you wish to arrange this please contact the test centre where you originally took the test.

The WES form states the marksheets should be attested by the exam board.

I have my Class 10th, 12th and B.Tech marksheets in originals with degree, do i need to get them attested by CBSE and my B.Tech University or a notarization will do the job.

Please suggest guys.

Also what about my Canadian Degree, should i get that notarized too ?

Yes.
Original IELTS and ECA........while the rest are photocopies.
Original PCC if you have it....if not,you can provide it later.
You havnt mention you passport photographs for you and your spouse.......both of you need to submit 6 each.
Remember that for your six passports,you will write your full names,date of passport and birthdate at the back of 5 passports and leave the 6th one blank.
You will also put the details of your spouse at the back of 5 of her passport photographs and leave the 6th one blank.
Don't forget to check and check and check again for any error.
If you are using cc .....don't forget to sign your fee payment form in section B.
If it's DD,don't forget to include it in your package before sending.
