its urgent .I am sending my application tomorrow
please advise me

but still I am confused , my reference letters are in English and the check list says we can send copies ,but a friend told me copy of those letters don't have the same value coz their seals value will faded and anyone can make those letters with seals in photoshop !its easy peasy to make a seal in photoshop and print the letter in such letter like company letter
if they were written in my language ,the translated letters have enough values coz they are officially translated and they are valuable ,but a copy of English letter ? ANYONE CAN MAKE SUCH THEM !!!!!

I need the letters for other purposes ,and the companies wont give me any more letters ,

what should I do ??????????

Hats off to your friend. He should be working in a detective agency. If your documents are in English than plain copies of it are absolutely fine. If you want, you can notarize them as true copies. Notarization is optional. Your Visa office in any case will scrutinize and verify all your work and personal history. If your documents are genuine you don't need to worry. Good luck.

Good point. It is my understanding that this is the second step after lock-in date stamping on the envelope which is done upon receipt (central registry). Once the envelope is open for c-check, they allocate UCI # and then either send back the app or move it up to charging (FSW CPA). What troubles me is what the hell are they doing for the next 30 days until they charge the payment.

I think, after completeness check, they will scan all the documents and upload them in to system. This will take quite a lot of time. Only a logical guess, may not be very accurate

Hi seniors - Me and my wife are done with medicals.. Doctor said they would send the reports online . They didn't tell us anything whether we are good to go.. How will we know that medicals are fine . If the third line appears what does that mean .. We fine and good to go and wait for passport request please advice

3rd line means medicals are recd at VO and after this you need to wait for PPR.

Got MR, RPRF and PCC request from NDVO. I'm May 20 applicant, NOC 2173. I just applied for FBI PCC a week ago, but FBI site says it takes upto 12 weeks to get the PCC back, but VO gave time only until Dec 16. How do i address the PCC issue with NDVO?

CIC instructed that you must submit copies of reference letters & any work related documents.
You must keep the original with you as this may be requested in a later date.
In conclusion,you are to submit copies and must be in English Language.
For my case,I submitted copies and all went well with my application.

Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned. You should obtain multiple originals of any documentation submitted with your application (such as reference letters, police certificates) so you are prepared if you need to submit a new application.

Tell her to Photoshop Canadian PR visa copy and I will paste it in my passport if in case I don't get the visa .

Regarding FBI PCC : Can we directly update the "Complete Applicant Information Form" soft copy itself and take a print out or Do we need to hand written ? Also do we need to keep a Passport copy also along with the application package ? Please help.... :
