Once Completeness Check is done. they will enter your file in the system which generates UCI or File Number. Then it proceeds to Charge \ PER

UCI created before Completeness Check, not after. This is proven by the fact that files returned for incompleteness also have UCI no. My guess is, as soon as they open a file, the first thing they do is to create a UCI no.

I want your advice , if I sent my file Mid December, will it be treated normally as FSWP 2014 regardless of the date they start processing my application? because some people told me that CIC might be busy with the new Express Entry System and they might return all the files received during mid/end of December .. is this correct ?
or there will be a lap between the 2 systems ? ( for the files sent on October/November/December .. which will be processed around January,February,March 2015 ) ?

One app. pertaining to 13th August was sent back and received on 25th/10/2014, hence, I wouldn't be surprised if August apps. are done with screening since it takes approximately a month for rejected app. to be received.

I lean towards your answer, I think country of issue is intended for those who are stateless or those who don't have valid travel documents from their country of origin. But my friend wanted to mention the country of residence since passport was issued there instead of country of nationality.

I am Indian national, however my latest passport was issued in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is clearly mentioned in my passport ( Place of issue - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia). In the form in any case one mentions there nationality, but when the form clearly asks for the place of issue of your travel document its better to mention the actual place from where it was issued. This is my point of view. Good luck..

Hi Guys, my app reached CIO on 22/04/2014 . . . . payment was deducted on 10/09/2014 . . . . . . haven't got PER email yet and when today I emailed CIO, Sydney, I got this reply:

Your file has been transferred to the visa office for further assessment/decision. Kindly contact the visa office in New Delhi for assistance. Thank you,

Can you please tell me what this means, Are they doing too much verification on my file or that is normal due work load.

Hi,

It means though you didn't receive PER mail , your file has been sent to your visa office by CIC. But your PER mail has the UCI Number as well as your file number. So if you don't have those then you should contact with CIC again(mail or calling to their call center). Or you can wait for MR request. There you will have UCI & File number(If i'm not wrong).

Property Dealer Never Evaluates .Try To find Govt Approved Valuers for both Gold and property ...and they will give you Valuation on there letter head .
