Can you please help me with the below issue.

My wife is a dependent applicant and her father's name is spelt differently in her passport and other documents. What is the correct way forward in this case ? Will it matter or we should continue like this only ?

Get an affidavit signed by ur FIL stating he is known by 2names and also ask ur wife to give an affidavit stating his father is known by 2 names. Wish you good luck!!

I need a help from you. Filling the form of background Schedule A in Education point what should i write about field of study. For example should I write Mathmatics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Elective Mathmatics, Bangali,English, for SSC , for HSC Physics, Math,Chemistry so on...

General studies for 10th,
Science / Commerce / General studies etc for 12th

I have a UCI number from the first application but I can't see any information and I didn't get any e mail that's why I'm worried!!

The first email you will get is PER.

Please dont get confused with Assets, Liabilities and settelment funds

Assets = Current value of House, Car, jewellery etc.
Liabilities= Current outstanding loan on above assets + any other loans etc.
Settelment funds =As on date - liquid money/shares/mutual funds/ fixed deposits etc. available with you to settle in canada as per the cic requirements depending on the number of family members in your application.

Dear members I applied under 0013 my first application received on may 20 and I received my file back on 21 of October the letter indicates that my file has been returned to me because there is missing document(university transcripts) and the work experience. So can you please update my status.

Later I sent a new a application and it was received on July 14 and today my credit card has been charged!!!! What dose that mean? I'm confused
And how can I enter my second application information? I didn't get any email, I'm trying to check my application status online but it shows a msg (we can't find you) that's why I'm worried!! If you have any idea what's going on pls help. Really appreciate it.

Hi Guys, my app reached CIO on 22/04/2014 . . . . payment was deducted on 10/09/2014 . . . . . . haven't got PER email yet and when today I emailed CIO, Sydney, I got this reply:

Your file has been transferred to the visa office for further assessment/decision. Kindly contact the visa office in New Delhi for assistance. Thank you,

Can you please tell me what this means, Are they doing too much verification on my file or that is normal due work load.

I would appreciate your honest replies . . . .

I think that means you have got PER, bcoz file is transfered to NDVO only after positive dertermination for further process i.e next step would be MR, RPRF and PCC from NDVO......

Congrats Bro.....try calling CIC call centere and get UCI no and check online the status will appear, also you may receive physical letter by post to your mailing address, same happened with my friends file they did not receive any communication one day they found PER letter in their letter box...

Congrats and Best of Luck..... also check your mail id if it is correctly mentioned in the forms as most of us has received PER confirmation on Email......
