Thank you for your prompt response my property is in Pakistan how would I get a valuation certificate ?

I am from Pak as well. you cannot have a government issued valuation certificate but there are some valuation private companies, proprietors, who do valuation for property and prepare you one. I had one in Faisalabad, he took some pictures of the property from inside and outside, than on the file wrote all details of number of rooms, area of the property, neighboring locations and price and the value of the property. Seemed good, however I havent submitted that for my visa because I had enough money in my bank to show as proof of funds.

Hi Guys, my app reached CIO on 22/04/2014 . . . . payment was deducted on 10/09/2014 . . . . . . haven't got PER email yet and when today I emailed CIO, Sydney, I got this reply:

Your file has been transferred to the visa office for further assessment/decision. Kindly contact the visa office in New Delhi for assistance. Thank you,

Can you please tell me what this means, Are they doing too much verification on my file or that is normal due work load.

I would appreciate your honest replies . . . .

I have a query regarding passport renewal date.

I am a June 18th applicant and received PER on October 17th. Visa office is London.

My passport is getting expired in November 2015. Do I need to renew my passport before getting MR request ? Can I renew it after MR request also. Kindly let me know your suggestions.

Dear Seniors

I am confused in making the bank statement I have a loan of AED 50,000 from a bank in which my direct salary is credited monthly installment is being deducted from this account. I have another personal account from which I am paying my car installments , value of car in 2014 is 65,000 again monthly deduction . Now my total saving at this point is 50,000AED which would raise in next six months ,however I have property back home worth around 80,000AED . please advise me how should I make the statement in this case I am too worried about it.

Please dont get confused with Assets, Liabilities and settelment funds

Assets = Current value of House, Car, jewellery etc.
Liabilities= Current outstanding loan on above assets + any other loans etc.
Settelment funds =As on date - liquid money/shares/mutual funds/ fixed deposits etc. available with you to settle in canada as per the cic requirements depending on the number of family members in your application.

Navraj sorry to say but you got yourself a dumb consultant. Here it goes:

You need to fill FEES PAYMENT FORM "[IMM 5620]" where you have two options, either pay by DD (preferred) or pay by CC. (but its mandatory to enclose a payment option)

It is going to be $550 per adult + $150 per minor

make a single DD or put down CC details in the Fees payment form as directed.

This means that you are past PER stage. The PER email must be in your junk mail but you shouldn't bother.

Kindly provide timelines of email sent to CIO and answered received.

hi as per this email reply it clearly says that ur file has been transferred to your NDVO so u should have got PER, Cause w/o ur PER UR file can't get transferred
u send an email to NDVO Regarding this query
they might be the best once to solve this

What might have hapnd is that your email id in the form must have been wrong or you might have deleted per mail if it went in junk, bottomline is that you are through per stage. ideally you will get MR soon.

Would you please clear my confusion In Schedule A Background form Q7.
Elementary education 5 years, secondary 7(class 6 to HSC).
In full details Field of Study column what should i write. like in class 6 i studied math, general science, eng, bangali, geography,etc. should i write all those subjects or write N/A or just to write General subjects.
