These figures gives me over all of 6.5 in TRF and 19 points for CIC immigrations...is this final? or am eligible for +4 also for second language?

If i add 19+4 = 23, i qualify for 67 points, if not NO.......................................

Yes you can get additional 4 points for French Language. You can also get further additional 5 points for Spouse English Language test.

Hello Folks

I did my Masters from Canada and currently in Canada now a days. However I had my undergraduate from outside Canada. In order to apply for FSW program do I need to get my undergraduate certificate evaluated by WES or I am good to go with my Canadian Master's degree with out evaluation.

another thing I need to know what is the last date by which one can apply for FSW application. As some people on this forums are saying that FSW will continue till April 30, 2015 however CIC link says that it will be effective till the launch of Express entry which is in janaury 2015.

If you have a masters degree from Canada, no need to assess your undergrad. You will get 23 points for a Canadian masters. As for the second point, it is supposedly ending in April 2015, BUT there is a good chance that deadline will change to the end of this year. So it's best to apply by December 2014.

Self declared job duties are not at all accepted. If your company HR is not providing then you can get it from your supervisor on letter head or on a plain paper and attach his business b card along with all supporting documents you mentioned with an explaination that your company is not providing jds due company policy etc. Etc.

I managed to get the minimum in french in 3 skills as second language, unfortunately for reading I got it below CLB5, I don't think they will give 3 points out of 4, correct?

Hi Guys, my app reached CIO on 22/04/2014 . . . . payment was deducted on 10/09/2014 . . . . . . haven't got PER email yet and when today I emailed CIO, Sydney, I got this reply:

Your file has been transferred to the visa office for further assessment/decision. Kindly contact the visa office in New Delhi for assistance. Thank you,

Can you please tell me what this means, Are they doing too much verification on my file or that is normal due work load.

I would appreciate your honest replies . . . .

Ajay, It means that Your application has received Positive Eligibility Review. Now NDVO will send out a MR \ PCC.

Your application will be processed based on the date of receipt. They won't simply return applications without processing just because a new program has started. Application receipt date is what counts, always.

Would you please clear my confusion In Schedule A Background form Q7.
Elementary education 5 years, secondary 7(class 6 to HSC).
In full details Field of Study column what should i write. like in class 6 i studied math, general science, eng, bangali, geography,etc. should i write all those subjects or write N/A or just to write General subjects.

Split, however done is fine as long as total years of education are mentioned.
For upto SSC and HSC, you can mention GENERAL STUDIES.

Hello everyone . My agent said you don't need to pay any fees at the moment ,. But according to required document no.20 says fees payment.. I am confused. Can anyone help m out with this ?. We are 3 members

Which Fees ? Fees with initial application need to be CAD 550 per adult and CAD 150 per minor, While RPRF fees which are paid after PER are CAD 490 per adult and NIL for minors.

You should be fine as long as the app reaches in December. It will be treated as per fsw2014, as it is received before express entry start date. Though they will work on express entry, they still have to clear pending cases of 2014. Unless there is a change in their immigration policy to return fsw2014 apps, they cannot return your app. Don't worry and don't listen to people's rumours, just chill and send your app.

This means you have got the PER but missed the PER email. Congrats and +1

UCI created before Completeness Check, not after. This is proven by the fact that files returned for incompleteness also have UCI no. My guess is, as soon as they open a file, the first thing they do is to create a UCI no.

Absolutely right. UCI is created when they check for Completeness of the application irrespective of accepted or rejected.

I was specific to this member's question. If their app was returned, Call Center agent would have said your application is returned.

Dear members I applied under 0013 my first application received on may 20 and I received my file back on 21 of October the letter indicates that my file has been returned to me because there is missing document(university transcripts) and the work experience. So can you please update my status.

Later I sent a new a application and it was received on July 14 and today my credit card has been charged!!!! What dose that mean? I'm confused
And how can I enter my second application information? I didn't get any email, I'm trying to check my application status online but it shows a msg (we can't recognize the info.) that's why I'm worried!! If you have any idea what's going on pls help. Really appreciate it.

If ur credit card gets charged this means ur PER is on its way towards u..congrats for tht....
there is on query though.. if ur application was returned on 21st october.. how could u re-apply on 14th July perhaps u applied earlier in may 2013..
