June 18th applicant... no news yet..

planning to resend application... Donno the reason for first request rejection..

will it be wise to send again without knowing d reason...

but our consultant said fsw 2014 will be closed by d end of december..

so friends seniors please advice.. what should I do? whether to wait for return package or to start preparations ?

Already sent an enquiry to CIC..but no response till..

I recommend you wait for the file so you know where you made your mistake instead of repeating it again. As of now, FSW plan runs till end of April 2015.

Approach your bank and give them a cancellation request for the DD. You may have to give undertaking as original DD is not returned back to bank. Every bank has a little different rules regarding this.

This will not affect PER1

Infact call cic or email them or courier them request to withdraw 2nd application

Once DD is processed you can't cancel it, anyhow the recipient has to release the DD by signing on it's back for sender to enchash/cancel it.

DD can be cancelled, by filing indemnity with the bank.

At least its true for domestic DD. Will need to check for international ones as correspondent bank is also involved.

You will get points for entire work experience and not just the 2 years of NOC 2172.
But you need to furnish complete and correct employment ref letters for the same.

Sorry to hear about your return. As some of the other members mentioned, if your NOC is not hot, you still have the time to reapply. One thing that stuck with me though is that you mentioned that the consultant in Canada received the denial. Didn't they review the documents prior to submission? When you mention that the work experience is not adequate, are you referring to the work experience adding to total points or the content in the reference letters?

Good luck if you plan to resubmit. All is not lost yet.

Hello Guys, I have query its regarding medicals. My spouse had TB in child age of 8. Now the person is fit and been to other countries too. while i was i filling forms i didn't mention that person had serious health issue as i thought he is clean since long now. So now when we go for medicals we would face the issue back again as in x-rays a latent or cured scar would be identified which is not an problem as we will get medical certificate that person is clean. Our concern is would CIC thinks we did not give right information or shall we include a letter with medicals stating we had some confusion. Kindly advice as this would be our last stage to submit all the required documents.

Hello, I have send my application under 2174(10 year + exp) and it was received 15 may and method of payment is CC. I haven't got charged on my CC so far. How can i track whether my application status. When i tried calling them call is not going thru?
Please help. The applicants whose application received date is after 15May they are thru.
