My original question is NOT answered -- please help

What can be done in this situation? Can we request VO, New Delhi to either extend this date for FBI clearance or reuse the original report sent to my PNP application?

I already answered you here. Your only way is to ask NDVO for an extension since FBI could care less.

1)You should contact NDVO and ask for extension for FBI report. We had another person from NDVO in this forum that was given an extension for FBI's report due to current delay. FBI channelers can't be used if you are not a US PR or a citizen.

2) If your medicals are OK, then your passport will be requested and visa granted.

My second application for NOC 2173 got charged yesterday(29 Oct). My first application got charged on 29th Sept.

My questions are -

1) I haven't received PER for the first application so because of second application is it delayed as I am waiting for more than 30 days?

2) How many PER email will I receive? Two or one?

3) At which stage will they ask me to withdraw my second application?

Per the current system ( based on the web site) ECAS get updated daily. Earlier it used to be only on one day in Week.

Hello Seniors,

I m 9th June applicant. PER: 04th Oct. NOC: 0113.

I will be leaving my job on 31st Oct. Apart from Relieving letter and Full and Final Settlement Payslip what are the other papers I have to send to NDVO to update.

I will not be working for a while till the time I get my PR visa if all goes well, hope thats fine with the NDVO people or will they ask for any explanation for not working anywhere. I already have more than 3 years of exp in my NOC.

Do we also have to send a Covering Letter along with the documents or its not necessary.

Please Advice.....

God is great. For those who lost faith and don't believe in God, please don't be. Just believe in God. Keep faith cause I am 28 the May and till today I didn't receive PER and sent many inquiries in form of 2 e mails an 2 calls with no reply.
But today I recieved the medical request with the blessing of Jesus Christ again without receiving PER.
